its at next stage in grand prairie. i think tickets are $30 or so. they have already gone on sale.

when was the last time they released an album? if it was anytime in the recent past, was it any good? in comparison from the stuff from about... er... 8-10 years ago?

they actually broke up and reformed. they put put a dvd in october with a few new songs. the dvd has all of their videos and i think behind the scenes type things or some live footage. i havent bought it yet.but ive been wanting too see primus forever. i saw them at lolapalooza but that was ages ago. im going to this show for sure

damn straight i want to go... caught their last tour... they put on a really really good show... plus this time herb is with them, nothing against brain but he is no herb.
they still doing the 2 set opening for themselves thing?

A good source tells me that their shows are 100 times better since Les(sp) played with Oysterhead!!

im not sure on the 2 set thing but herb is a bad ass. I love his style.. im pretty excited fabout this show. i wasnt sure if there were any primus fans on this here board.

so i checked they are opening for themselves (2 sets)...
one of which is they play sailing the seas of cheese (whole album)
other set a mix of all their material.
never been to next stage is it gen admition?
