Please ID the last 2 tracks Goldie played!

WOW.....just....WOW.

The two I'm talking about are the one that he did a rewind on about 2 times (for any NIN fains out there, it had elements in it from 'At The Heart Of It All' mixed in there subtlely), and then whatever his VERY last record was, when he was up there dancing on stage.

Peace;
- Thomas

"At The Heart of it All" was actually an Aphex Twin remix, wasn't it?

or was that A Violet Fliud?

At The Heart of It All is half Aphex Twin, half NIN.

I can't find my CD case of Further Down The Spiral here to confirm, but IIRC, the first part is Aphex Twin and the second part is NIN.

Also, I wasn't there, but my friend was saying that the next to last track was a remix of Goldie - Timeless. Now, he may be fucking up the order, but, hey, its what I was told.

Nah one of the last tunes he played was the Teebee Remix of "Angel." It was one of the tunes off of the Timeless album...

Yeah, I knew the 'At The Heart Of It All' track had Aphex Twins' hands on it, but it was more popularly known by the NIN association.

By the way, for the people that like that track, pick up the BJork single for 'HyperBallad', there's a remix on it that uses that track ....it's f*in HARDCORE!! Thyt's why I was wondering about that track,...I know Goldie dated BJork for awhile, so I wonder if he had his hands in that Hyperballad remix, as well as whether that 2nd to last track was his

Peace;

I may be wrong, but it sounded like the good ol' "Hardcore Will Never Die Mix" of "Champion Sound" that everyone loves. Maybe that's why they cheered.

also, I noticed that a lot of Goldie's tracks had audiences cheering in them.

Half the time I couldn't tell the difference between the crowd on the record, and the crowd in the club.

What a cheater. lol

guess I was just used to my week in Miami ... if he would have dropped that tune at WMC the crowds would have gone silent.

Is that even the actual name of the remix? I know that's how it is listed on his goldie.co.uk album, but all it sounds like to me is the Total Science mix with a trainwrecked intro.

Anyhoo, it's a crowd pleaser and yeah he'd have gotten the stare at WMC, but it's good for how you say...the punters, yeah?

Oh, and the last three tunes he played (gotta love video ) were the Teebee Remix of "Angel" which got 2 rewinds, he then teased with Furture Cut's "Obsession" but only played the intro to that ("I'm carressed by the musiiiiiiic..."), played out "Angel" and ended with that Uncut tune ("the things you do, the things you say....").
