Sindell357 is bootleg
A Couple of CD reviews

So a few weeks back I took a risk on a few old favorites and this is what I got -

Prodigy - Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned
I got a bootleg copy of this about six months ago from Bobby (perfectflo) and fell in love immediatly. I let a friend borrow the disc + so I went out & bought the album the other day cuz I had to have it. This CD is the jam! Liam has pushed forward with the style of his music by mixing punk with electro, but kept the quality of the tunes top notch. I can't stop jammin out to "Girls", its so sick. It always gets the rewind in my car. All the tracks are pretty wicked in their own way though. Kool Keith is in control of a lot of the vocals on this one and it works. This one is definetely a keeper.

Chemical Brothers - Push The Button
This cd I had never heard before. Chemical Brothers have done so much badass stuff in the past, that I figured this would be a gimmie. I listened to a few snippets on the listening station at the cd store and it sounded decent enough so I got it - only to be disappointed. The first track, Galvanize, is pretty much the only one I dig. Its a mix of hip hop with some arabic beats and an Q-Tip on the mic. The arabic sounds are what make this tune so sexy and the bass is pretty heavy on this one as well. But the rest of it just sounds like.... they're trying to get somewhere but still asking for directions. Its a lot of hip hop sounds with the typical build up/breakdown you would expect from the Brothers. Honestly, some of tracks were just downright boring - they went no where. So I was pretty disappointed with this one. I may just pull out my old Chem Bro cds and continue jammin to those until the next album.
