Does anybody use this?

If so, have you had any problems with the audio being delayed when it plays?

I've tried to adjust the latency and nothing works.

Any suggestions?

What type of audio hardware and what are your computer specs.

you can only adjust so far if your computer is lacking in power or your audio interface is bottlenecked.

Im on Sonar 6 so I should be able to help

I'm using M-Audio Fast Track USB AI.

I'm on a Compaq Presario V-5000.

Mobile AMD Sempron Processor+ 1.79 GHz, 1.87 GB of Ram.

What do you mean by "Audi Interface is Bottlenecked"?

I unhooked my Ai and it works fine off of the internal sound card.

I don't have this problem when djing. So I guess it's in the settings or the Fast Track Blows.

Well, your audio interface seem sufficient for basic playback. How many tracks are you running?

As by being bottlenecked. I mean you are running more audio through the interface than the buffer can handle. So it tends to delay the audio until it can process it.

What USB protocol are you on 1.1 or 2.0? Maybe the driver is having issues.

Can you borrow someone elses interface and see if the latency goes down?

No, can't borrow one right now.
I down loaded an update for my AI and turned down the latency and it still does it. I am only trying to play one track at a time right now so I don't think it's overloaded.

I'm not sure if I'm using USB 1 or 2, but my computer is only a year or two old so I assume it's USB 2. I'm trying to find out how to tell the difference right now.

It should be USB 2 at that age. Thats strange. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what could be causing your problem. And I'm out of the simple answers.
