Regardless of where he is today, there's no denying the impact he's had on electronic music. Was bumpin Move on the way in this morning. Perfect music for the way the sky looked this morning with the sun shining through the clouds for a quick couple of minutes. Into The Blue (Spiritual Mix) happy friday!

I agree completely. This is a perfect example of an artist who's gone mainstream yet STILL knows how to rock it. Moby =

I was educated by I tunes recently . They have this "Rave" essential collection, like 60 songs from the birth of the rave 89-93. Moby had a bunch of real raved out stuff in it. Much harder than I would have expected. Before listening to this collection, my knowledge of early Moby was "Go" from the Urbal Beats 2 cd I had in highschool.

"if you dont know your past, you wont know you're future" wait til you find thousand, i believe it's still the world's fastest song. i could be wrong though. voodoo child is ricockulous. his remixes trumped his original productions. have fun brudda!

In the early 90's he did the See The Light Tour with: Cybersonik The Prodigy and I wanna say Aphex Twin So he has a lot of rave street cred in my book.

I can't pull it up from work, but that little collection on I tunes is nice. Someone look it up and post it. Just type "Rave" in the search field on Itunes store. KLF, SL2, Nightmares on Wax, Orbital, Frankie Knuckles, Jungle Brothers, ect, ect. 65 songs if I remember right., it's $.99 a song no matter if you get the whole collection or not, so I pick and chose from it. It was funny to hear all these originals after hearing samples from them in so many newer tracks. On a side note, the "New Orleans" Itunes essential collection was pretty impressive too, if you like jazz, blues, zydeco, or just Nola music as I call it. Someone over at Apple put a lot of work diggin the virtual crates

Ah... Richard Hall. Great guy. When the N.a.s.a. Project EP (produced by A1 and myself) came out he charted the "Crackbaby" track as one of the best songs of the year in Paper Magazine. He, and Jeff K., and I became all buddy buddy after that. One of the best moments was at the Rave New World party (with Cybersonik, and Prodigy) I decided that would be the night i was gonna come out to Jeff K (MDMA much?) so after I told him...we were sitting backstage and Moby comes up and goes..."What are you boys up to?" and Jeff K goes..."Oh Scottie was just telling me he's a fag!" Yes, Jeff K outed me to Moby. The last time he was here...he came up to be and goes "Red Eye....you find the drinks and girls...bring everything backstage!!!" I was like um....A) since when do you drink and B)how the hell am I gonna round up some chciks dude?!!?! think about it!" He was all, "oh yeah...i always forget that about you......okay DRINKS IT IS!!!" great guy
