It's all the same producers. Most all swing producers also produce jack. Not all jack producers make swing, but a lot do. i see what you are saying, it was just confusing, cuz i kept thinking that jack and swing were interchangeable from what you were saying, but instead you are saying production wise the same guys are doing the both styles, right?

I don't know if I'd say all swing jacks, but certainly most of it does. The structure (especially the percussion) is basically the same on all of it, just different samples are being used. In other words, they are both being produced by the same producers in the same way, with the same beat structure, only with different samples. Swing uses swing/ragtime/big band based samples and jack uses more rnb/hip-hop/funk/jazz.
