i find it real hard to find "dubstep" that i like. but i love pure dub, grew up on it and so when i hear dubstep that leans heavily on the dub, i really dig it. i tell you one ting, it's fun to get high and make it!

yeah, for sure. Theres definately tracks where "do nothing" is apprpriate. Thing Mundo and I have done is kinda do nothing, groove out, pure dub dubstep stuff...but im sure we're gonna end up kicking it up a notch...or not...who knows.
But yeah, everything definately does NOT have to grind out...especially the ragga stuff...i like it for its minimalistic approach when its the pur dub/ragga ting

maybe one more little tiny element to tie it along could be cool though..like some horns or heavily echoed piano keys....just a thought.
