![]() | best recording program?
Well,I call upon dallas dj's info again. From your personal experience, what is the best all around recording program. With these certain factors in mind, price, user friendly, compatibility, etc, etc. I have been recording straight into an external burner and now I finally figured out how to get clean sound into my lap top. Now all i need is the program to record it with. let me hear youz guyz input.-earcandy

If you mean record your set from a mixer, there are a lot of programs for that. On the cheaper end is CoolEdit which has evolved into a pretty sweet piece of software.. other's that'll do the job are WaveLab, SoundForge, and Samplitude (which is damn sweet I might add). They'll let you record in, edit, clean up, do whatever you want. They're all pretty user friendly, especially if you're just trying to record audio. Dunno what you mean by compatibility.. they will all save to any standard format, like WAV. ![]() peace |

ive been in music since i was 12. i used audio studio 7 you can get it at frys or anywhere for about 60 bucks. it has anywhere form 1 to 10 tracks at the same time and you can clean up your sound with compressors. add effects and it burns cd. and sounds really fucking good.
