Yeah, I thought it was slightly old news...here's the DOA announcement.

He announced it back in January. He just wants to pursue other projects and get a chance to DJ as his own man. I don't think it's an official parting of ways, just a bit of a break.

dj friction and i talked about this when he was in town, and from what i gather, fresh )EI3( isnt OUT of bad company (hence the fact that he goes by FRESH )EI3( ) he just wants to do the dj thing on his own.....im sure they will collaborate (they as in all of bad co) again, i mean, look at led zeppelin, kiss, sex pistols, and any other band that is banking on somekind of get back together thing....its only smart that they work together again (even tho fresh did about 70% of the stuff on his own, look at the credits for the digital nation lp) from what ive heard and noticed, fresh is a table hog when he plays with the rest of the boys, so it might be better this way...for him, mahldini, d-bridge and vegas... im STILL waiting on this live pa of the group DIGITAL NATION w/a vocalist from prodigy, or whoever was gonna sing.....
oh, and as for the clownstep thing, all that is is the same thing as jump up a few years back, it will probably evolve into something meaner, or maybe not, maybe more -dare i say it- commercial, which wouldnt be a bad thing, IMO....

i heard some of their live stuff at core on evening... wasnt sure if it was chrisko or phooka playin it but it was ripped off an internet radio show... some of it was actually rock if i remember correctly
