there are also some sticky threads about cd burning and recording mix cd's over at the Global Underground tech forum http://pub129.ezboard.com/fglobalundergroundfrm15 personally, I have been using Samplitude Studio for years its comparable to cubase or logic, just without midi functions, and I can record, edit, fx, eq, etc, track mark, and burn directly from the one single program J |

you track using the time marker?? record your track onto md, just find where you want to split the track..pause it, then insert your track mark..its pretty simple stuff more importantly though, its analog and can be done manually or if you want digital, then just get a copy of nero and do it through your computer.. |

| options are among you
Two recommended audio editing programs: Sonic Foundry's Soundforge Steinberg's Wavelab Both you can record, edit, iffer plugin support. I like to use Sound Forge. Sean likes to use Wavelab. You can get down to the sample level visually, mark, convert regions, and extract the separated tracks. Boom, your ready to burn to cd. People often aren't aware that the two second gap in between tracks is by default an enabled option in the software. If your needing to purchase some software, head down to a GC. =) ahman
