Why does everyone say Sound Forge? Why not use the Program that Sony Intended to be used for instances like this? CD Architect what you are supposed to use, not Sound Forge. Even though Sound Forge Rocks ass for any kind of audio editing. |

cool edit pro is the best, because not only can you split exactly where you want, but the dehissing, and other editing tools are just plain necessary.trust me.we all love vinyl, and a crackle here and there just adds to the warm, authentic sound these plates offer.save your mix or track without it,then with it,listen and you'll hear the difference.plus cool edit is REALLLY east to use, just watch your input levels.most of the NERO programs work as well, but limt how much ''splitting'' you can do.hope this helps someone.

For Splitting & Joining sets/demo tracks i use http://www.mp3splitterjoiner.com/ it's fast, easy to use & you don't get that milli second pause gap (when you play it back) when tracks are joined... |
