was the shit. I heard a lot of stuff off of "tweekend" and "vegas", but I also left a bit early. those who slept missed out. hyper was as well very dope, even dropped a breakbeat remix of 'rock your body'

i had a really good time, but it wasn't the best show i've seen them do. damn the sound system rocks in that place though!!!!! unfortunately i had to leave a little early too because of work today. i left right after they lost power....i was really hoping to hear them play Busy Child...anyone know if they ended up playing it????

i went to the show for dj hyper. i have to admit, it wasn't all that. he played solid mixes, but there was no energy in his set. it seemed like he was trying to play really 'accessible' music for the crowd that was there. i don't know...i buy every production that hyper touches...i love the man, but i was very unimpressed by his set

i had fun, though.

that's what i was hoping for too (playing busy child), but i was soo tired and my other had to get up for work so we left after they had more problems with power. but i got to ash inside the brontosaurus' pants.

i finally got to see them and the show was F@$King amazing.... right after they got powe back up they played keep hope alive born too slow and ended it with busy child!!!! but the tweeked the hell out of busy child that it almost sounded like another song... it was bad ass... my favorite band didn't let me down!!!

Yes Blaize... I would definetly agree with you about Hyper... I was right up front the whole time and just when you thought he was going to kick it up a notch and unleash the fury on us he didn't and he would go up and down like that.

I guess he was doing Epic Breakbeat :-)

but the boy has talent... just couldn't get the songs right for my tatste

also I found out what happened to him in Miami... he got screwed

So - what happened in Miami
The people who run Ultra didn't know that Hyper was a well-known breaks DJ. They got behind in the schedule and told Hyper that in order to catch up on time, he could only play 15 min.
That Pissed him off - rightly so - but he figured that he'd make it up at Space.
Well.... at space, he hung around all night, waiting to go on. at 5am he went on. after 3 songs the owners came into the booth and turned the volume off, then put a house CD on (i guess Mr. Space didn't like breaks or perhaps just bad luck for Hyper)
Hyper got pissed and punched Mr Space - obviously, the bouncers threw him out.
I feel bad for him - no one should treat a DJ like that - even a no-name one, which Hyper is NOT.

oh well,got to see them play at a godskitchen party in miami last week! great show! They opened up for AVB! They put on a badass set every time!

i dont know what show everyone is talking about with the crystal method....but i heard them @ The Mansion last week(in miami) and hearing them on just before Armin van Buuren and right after Markus schultz....had me and my friend dj John the Dentist(uk) almost in earbleeds ! I dont get it with them sorry...all sounds like Chem Brothers to me which aint my cup of tea.

WOW! I DIDN'T KNOW SO MANY SUPERSTARS WERE IN THE CROWD AT THE MANSION LAST WEEK?!?!?!

Thats where I saw them also and I thought they put on a pretty rockin' show!!!

I mean its not like my normal listening music anymore but they are good for what they do. Five years ago I would have gone NUTS at the show!
