well...... i got there particularly late so ill just assume i missed some goodness. from what i could tell, reid speed was spinning some type of dnb. i was under the impression it was going to be breaks.... 15 dollars for dnb urghhh! other than that, i was sincerely impressed with the number of dancers at ll tonight. finally got to see some other liquidheads! nothing mindblowing, but cool none the less. we definitely need to get the ball rolling and start having some funk style cyphers/battle circles..... another thing, bboying in the main room, NOT A GOOD IDEA.... fools were falling all over the place... all in all, good times were had, especially cuz it wasnt too fucking crowded!

Reid Speed spun a badass set. Makes me think back to the NYC parties that all the Breakbeat Science DJs spun at all the time. It made me laugh my ass off though when MC Pibb was MCing over a vocal track and Reid got so annoyed, she tapped him on the shoulder and said "Please dont talk when im spinning records" lol |

jesus eric, how many pics do we need to see of reid. looks like someone is obsessed. went through the pics to see who i could see. and all i saw was reid. at least 30+ times. does anyone else have any pics?

I had a good time. Reid started out with some breaks, and that got real old real quick... I remember hearing Chris ask if it was 1 yet... but then, 12:30, she started with the D&B. I liked her set... her mixing is flawless... very good progression... lead up very nice to Adrian and Gilbert's set, which was fucking awesome. Titan+Kaskade+bunch of new dubs=madness One thing I didn't like about Reid was she kept kicking people off the stage that were smoking next to her. She's a dj, that usualy plays clubs, and in most clubs, there's LOTS of smoke, and LOTS of people smoking, you'd figure someone who has been doing this awhile would be used to it by now. I'd understand if she was severly asmatic *sp?* or alergic, and it's a totaly different story if someone is sitting there blowing smoke in her face or something, but maybe I'm just an ass and want to enjoy a smoke while watching a dj play. oh, and MC Pibb is a good rave rapper.
