Baby Anne at 8

This was a great show. That being said, I really wish it had been at a different club. Nothing against 8, it is what it is, a semi-upscale BAR. There's not much of a dance floor, and most people there didn't dance anyway. They stood at the bar in their untucked dress shirts with the sleeves rolled up wondering why the DJ wasn't playing any hip hop. OK, I'm assuming here, but there's no comparison to 2 years ago when she played Red Jacket.

However, Baby Anne did rock it as usual and it was certainly worth the $10. A mix of new breaks and old school electro, even a little Prodigy mixed for grins. Come back soon, but please come to a dance club next time!

I would have loved to have gone. In fact, I planned to go for a while, then an hour before I left I called to find out the dress code...so, I was unable to attend. Were there that many people there?? Because I imagine that most of her fan base wears the same kind of clothes I do.
I still can't believe that there are still clubs that don't allow tennis shoes

Im with you on the tip... believe it or not many more clubs in the area require the d code factor in full effect at the door before allowing you in (as Ive recently found out)
