Raving in Beaumont Texas!!!!
The rave at the Holiday Inn over the past 1.5 weeks has been awesome. Waking up every day to be at work by 7.30 has been a blast. Not being able to smoke at work on breaks (not even in the parking lot) has made my roll kick in so much harder. I went to Crockett Street which is like Beaumonts Deep Ellum-esque Rave Area. There were 5 clubs. Went to one called Black Cats. Heard Nelly, Lil Jon then some Rave music. The launch, better off alone and the like. Awesomeness. Half way through my 3 week job training rave. Cant wait til its over. Miss you Kerry...

At least you are experiencing the cool days of our summer. If you had been there a month ago, you would be crying about the humidity (which you still should have).

Try to run off to Port Arthur or Port Acres if you can. They have a nice vibe out there and house parties (in the loosest sense of the word) every weekend. Learn the students at Lamar about how D-Town does it.

It is located RIGHT off of I-10 between Houston and Louisiana. It is part of the "Golden Triangle" (a name due to the industries of lumber and oil that goes on there).
