Sat night/Sun morning went off as well.
I had a really great time playing for close to three hours to open the night, it's always nice to get extra time...thx Joe.
After I finished, Joe took over and I say DAMN!! I don't know what got into him, but he was throwing down some dirty banging techno. I think we need to send Armando out of town more often (

) because Joe played completely different than I've ever heard before....really nice set.
Pivot played after Joe and he kept the floor moving with another fantastic set as well. It was just one of those nights where everything came together and the energy was great, even the cops stopping by couldn't bring it down.

And before any rumors start flying...yes the cops just stopped by, looked around, and then left after talking to Josh and Mark...there was no raid.

I have to say that Sturday/Sunday's vibe was easily one of the best in months!!!
Charlie & I both played 3-hour opening slots(thanks to whoever didn't show, I had a good warm-up), but I did get to catch a little prog/tech trance in between a few of my longer records (Joe was in the amp room lounging on the couch!). Speaking of Joe, I'm really diggin' the hard-techn you've been playing the last few sets I've seen... keep it up!!! Storm E always a pleasure sweetie... see ya Tuesday @ Ecco. I apologize beforehand if I piss anyone off but, what was up with homeboy in the grey sweatshirt that played??? Ask Travis & James Kelley for clarification. Pivot was smooth as always. Travis............

Travis far and away played the best set I've ever seen from him, and that says alot. The Pantera Track and the infamous "white tee"... aww yeeeahhh! My boy Darren threw it down retarded style, thanks for bringin' out that DJ Mrky for me. Randy and Josh brought the pain as I expected... except that snake dance track... WTF!?!? Last but not least James Mutha-Fuckin Kelley!!!!!! I haven't fed off energy like that in a minute, If only it had not been interupted by that damn hard house!!!!!!! Come Out to Ecco Tuesday 10:00-2:00 come early and earn a free shot!!!! C-YA next weekend ...Peace!

had much fun rockin tha "left room" sun. morning...great vibe in tha place. always fun taggin with the man..tha mith...DAVID RINGEL. nice new choons mang! The left room was definitley bangin! Thanx to all u rowdy Ravers that danced ur asses off when tha sun came up!! t'was packed in that mofo...where in the hell did all the peeps come from @ 7am....rocksteady good times. shoulder to shoulder, unbelievably crowded broken beat madness in tha place, definitely the most fun i've had playing at afterlife!!! The new remodeled room is greatness!(thanx josh nice work homie g-dog)....Storm E broke it down with tha madness *inserts female w/ attitude) flawless mixes....as usual. mad atcha though...goin to tha car to put up records....*storm e flees tha scene and was nowhere to b found*...ya definitley missed out girlie...as we brought tha ruckus!

Travis is still a friggin rockstar!! Pantera(wtf) dnb god reprazents!! Thanx for tha warning...so i wouldn't piss my pants when tha song came on. I saw a few candy ravers haul ass...as the inferno ignited the dancefloor.

...the track almost made melo me rowdy enuff to fight.....but uuhhh...yeah right!. nice one bruva!~ Ringel....ur tracks are noooice homie. See everyone next time......GET BROKEN OFF

Big ups to Joe for bringing me out again! To everyone that packed the side room while I played, thanks for all of your support and kind words. You guys are amazing. Travis straight tore it up. I had been anticipating his set all night and WAS NOT disappointed. Earlier in the night, I walked into the main room after my set to see the floor completly packed and everyone going off with Pivot behind the decks. Get sets from everyone I had the opportunity to see. Until next time....
