i don't usually write reveiws, but damn that guy has to be the best fucking dj in a world, and im glad we got to see him here in big d. if you missed it you really missed out, as it was dope. no words can describe what he played, as there were no boundaries. it was simply good dance music. thanks to everyone that came out....too much fun!!!

what matt said... awesome party guys. I had so much fun! I danced pretty much the whole time to Harvey's set... full of obscure disco, funk and soul... highlights for me was when he played Arthur Russell's "Go Bang" and early on droppin some Gino Soccio "Dancer" and crowd favorites like Chicago's Street player" and Prince "Sexy Dancer"...it took a while for Dallas to finally catch on but the night ended with johnny law coming in to kick everyone out! This one goes down as already one of 2005's best! Anyone else notice Harvey's resemblance to Giorgio Moroder!?

I had a blast too! Harvey brought an unparalleled amount of diversity to the dancefloor. The track selection was great - he kept you guessing and groovin at the same time. I would easily say he is one of the best technical djs I've ever had the pleasure of watching, his skills on the decks blew me away.

the ike & tina turner cover of whole lotta love was
done in the 70's and isn't necessarily that rare although
it was without question one of the rockingest times i've
ever had at the zubar. when he dropped emotional rescue
i gave up dairy... it was that powerful.

Harvey proved that damn good dance music comes in all forms, and can be put together nicely to make even the most unconfortable space for dancing rock til the cops come.
