loxy dropped some badass tracks with some badass base lines... i had a lot of fun despite some of the austin kids and having to pay $2 to park in the 5 ft tall grass, which i've never had to do there before, but other than that it was worth the drive and the $15....

Ok, so I made the drive down to Austin to support my buddy Jon and catch "the Jeremies" in action.. I wasn't expecting much really.. All I've heard in the past about Austin parties had been towards the negetive side... So..

We got there about 10*40. Place was kinda empty, music was ok.. I stayed out front talking to friends for a bit.. About 11pm Mr Word shows up and like a flash he's inside and on the tables.. So I head in, gather the kiddos, and we all take a good dose of Kid Icarus.. Jeremy always spins a flawless set and this time was no different.. By now the vibe in that place was all good and everyone was having some fun.. After Icarus came down, Jeremy Dawson got on the tables.. OH MY FUCKING GOD!! His style has been changing a bit over the past 5 or 6 months and the set he played on saturday was.. stellar.. I was just in awe.. Next was Loxy. I'm not a big DnB fan, but I do like some of the DJs. Loxy blew the fucking roof off that place! I had honestly never heard jungle that just grabbed me and held me the entire set. Fucking badass. After Loxy finished DJ Exodus got up on the tables. Jon had been all hyped about Exodus, but failed to tell me what genre the man spun. Hard Motherfucking House. The perfect way to wrap up a party.

It was also great seeing so many friends there. Jay, Jeremiah, Jade, Krickett, Braden, Patrick, Kyle, Jon, Candice, Sami, Skitz, Casper, Jon, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few people. I got to finally meet Jeremy Dawson and also met Loxy. It was a blast hanging out with Mr Word, and Thomas was right.. The Kid can dance There was a good amount of etards, but unlike Dallas etards.. They stayed in dark corners and out of your way.

This was quite honestly the best party I've been to in a long, long time. Thank you Jon and ShadowLAB. I can't wait until the next one you guys throw.
