Drinking 6 canned beers (yeah, they serve whatever you want) and hearing some very unusual mixes (yep, they play whatever you want) made for a pretty interesting time. Monarch was buttery smooth with the house and funk, as were JustMike and Uncle Terry. Well worth the hour drive.

If you haven't made it out yet, well...get with the freakin' program! Where else can you hear Afrika Bambaataa mixed with Christopher Cross?

always fun times with friends at the slip inn.
for the record, i was way too messed up to play
records. that was probably apparent, though, after
putting on a couple and then simply giving up!

i did, however, have a kick-ass time up there last night

dude. are you sure? this is an otari 4-trck reel-to-reel. It's something like a 20,000 dollar machine. It will give you the fattest sounds you have ever heard.
