Orchid Room Rave

I'm so hungover right now. My head is pounding.

But I still think that I had a good time last night at Orchid. If you peeps haven't been, then I suggest you make your way out next Thursday. The place has a very comfortable feel to it.

Thin Men threw down nasty. Mostly stuff I hadn't heard before, but it was ALL good. Those guys kick ass!

The drinks were cheap and strong.

I had a lot of fun last night. I heard a lot of good house music ranging from house to tech-house to dark and dirty progressive! Nice stuff!It was good to finally get to have some good conversations with Ash and Wes. Cool peeps. Id tell anyone to go check it out. It has a good vibe, atmosphere and cheap drinks! Fernie...........you puss!!!!

I was there for a short while.
I wanted to go straight there but she wasn't
big on the idea so we went to the American Pub
first to shoot some pool. I've gotta ask WTF is
going on in that place. Ever been? Kinda blows!!
I paid $10 for two fux'n coronas at the American Pub.
WTF!!! On a thursday!! The music was so bad we
cut out after one game and head'd to fusion cause I've
seen someone post about UK hardhouse NRG.
It's right across the street from AP and we walk and
there are guitars wailing. I ask the door guys,
"thought you had different music tonite?"
He's says, "like a dj?"
and makes the two hands on air decks motion.
"Yeah, like a DJ"
"Ahh, that was last week. we stopped that on thursdays.
This is our house band."
I was like no thanks and we head'd to orchid where
I wanted to go in the first place.
The music was on and the drinks are great.
$4+$1tip for a corona and a vodka tonic nearly too strong to drink.

I really like this place.
I like it exactly how it is.

Orchid Bar RULES!!! It's my home...on Tuesday nights. But I swear I'll make it there on a Thursday night very soon.

A few more visits and I should qualify for VIP pass to the curtained room behind the bar....

Last night was good as usual and Thin Men are doing an excellent job at throwin down quality choons..

Thanks a lot for the kind words. It was great seeing all of your faces last night. I had a blast because it was a bunch of peeps that we really love hanging out with. I hope that if you haven't made it out yet on a Thursday that you'll give it a shot soon. This summer should be a great one @ Orchid Bar.

What up everyone.....Thanks for coming out. I personally had a great time playing with Shaun and Adrain again...it was great to be back with my boys...anyway, this coming thursday should be great as well...I believe there will be a special guest spinning with us! So, come check it out.

By the way, the sound system in Orchid is fucking great.
