Yea... ok... I know I am their booking agent and all... but I book these guys because I love their sound... and I would be bragging on them... if I booked them or not!

But I must say... WOW!!!!


Those two were going off! Tagging back and forth... banging it hard... taking it light... keeping the room rocking!

It was so much fun to watch these two spinning together... one would be on the tables... the other messing with the mixer... together... by themselves... too much fun!

Last night was KICKIN! Rx and Juice put the decks on fire last night. I stayed in the video bar most of the night cause Icey wasn't too good for some reason.. Anyhow, I'm glad I was out there and saw/meet a couple d-ravers out there.. See you guys next week!

Those two were tearin' it UP! So many new bangin tracks last night... I even had to bug Trent and Rx a couple times to get track names, which I searched the internet for when I got home! What a team!! They were having so much fun and put out such a great, high-energy vibe... and the bar was PACKED full of dancing fools all night long!! In fact, I don't think I have seen it quite as packed before, with SO MANY PEOPLE dancing!!! There was a big circle right in the middle of the floor all night for booty shakers to show everyone what they've got... saw some good dancers last night. What a vibe!!!
Again, I was thoroughly diggin' the music... just amazed at what they were putting together! Thanks, Juice and Rx... you guys were just bad ass!!! Please keep coming back!!!! Dallas needs you!

These guys(Rx and Juice)were tag teaming , their mixes were beatmatched, but not phrased correctly, and they were just straight up JUST MIXING, no trickes involved.

Maybe you can show RX and I how to become better DJ's since you seem to know so much about it. Not phrased correctly huh, thats funny, Every single mix Friday was phrased Dead on. No tricks either, I recall Russ and I using the effects and the EQ's quite extensively Friday night. BTW, RX is known for his ability to use the mixer as an instrument, not just for mixing. I know a good ear specialist if you need auditory help.

first off, to everybody that came out... thank u thank u thank u. i had a fabulous time playing for you kidz, and i *really* *really* *really* felt that vibe. and as far as vibe goes, it is one of the tightest-vibe gigs i've ever played, so thank you all so much. i can't wait for the next time i get hang out with all you kids, cuz i so hella felt it. more fabulous things are coming from the whole EpiK crew and every individual in it, so keep your eyes on us. and please keep supporting us and we'll keep giving it up for you cuz that's what we all (i mean Karen, Trent, Eric, D-Jabe, Kenan, Juice and myself) love to do.

which tracks sounded bad to you? i'd like the feedback, for real man, i'll grow from it. i like the neg feedback as much as the positive. but i don't listen to it unless it's somehow qualified. so, let me qualify some things. i know i had a couple of beatmatch issues here and there (tricky tables) during our *5.5 hour* set. also, the right turntable skipped on me *one time*, jumping my right record ahead by 4 beats thus messing up a build up. that's about all i heard. Juice, to my ears and many others, was *perfect*, except for when the lamps melted one of his records *right in the middle of his mix* (that was surreal, y'all!)... i also have seen the 3.5 hours of video footage that was shot during the gig (from 11:30PM to 3:00AM), and i didn't hear one single mistake in that, other than the above. and as far as tricks go, there wasn't really a single mix of mine that was just a straight up mix... effects here, EQs there, echo-scratches, flanges, hard stops... tricks in every single one as a matter of fact, some of them better than others. in fact, i really expected somebody to post that i was too excessive with my tricks rather than what you posted.

but really dude, i wanna know what you did and didn't feel. so if you even really know yourself, POST IT. and mebbe we can hook up sometime and spin together, so you can work on me with some things, cuz i never admitted to being one of the greatest DJs of the world at any point in time. *when i quit learning and growing, i'll be done spinning*. so really, i'mapunk, teach me something here dawg, don't just sit around and cry...
