I went out Dallas Sat afternoon and kicked it with Gian out at Core Records. We got there around 1 or so and Gian and a friend were tagging playing some real cool progressive tech tracks! I was checking out the new progressive section that is slowly growing. Ty went on after Gian and he played some awesome stuff as well. It got pretty packed inside the store and it was freaking hot for a while. Matt Darey showed up around 3 or so. He is a cool guy and very down to earth saying whats up to everyone and answering questions for everyone. I met some real cool people at the Store that day. Trying to remember of the top of my head but I met the 2nd half of Dual Progress Joe real cool guy. Jayson Gold and Break Beat Boy. Who by the way was telling me Michael Burns is no longer producing tracks. I met half of Greenwave. I also got a chance to meet Alex Sanchez and I'll be checking out his show out in Fort Worth soon. Oh and Matt Darey girl was smoking hot!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to everyone who showed up and said whats up. Gilbert is cool mutha! Its always cool to meet another skilled Jedi! On the way we even both said "May the Force Be With You".

Important Note though is my homeboy Gian left his headphones there so if anyone has them please shot him a PM or just drop them off at Core. They were some SONY 700s and one side has a blue/ gray DC shoes sticker on the outside.

Good times indeed! Saw many familiar faces. Matt Darey and his girl..REALLY cool peeps! Glad I had the chance to come out.

As Andy was saying....
I left my headphones by accident before heading out..lots of going on at that time so it slipped my mind. Hopefully the last Dj spinning left them at Core with Gilbert? *PLEASE* if you know the where abouts of these shoot me a PM. There werent many of us playing so they should be easy to get a hold of. Silver SONY 700s with a blue and gray DC shoes sticker on one side....there is also a reward if found!

yo...good to meet you, andy....i'm the dj that was taggin' w/gian and came to pick you up.....matt really is a cool cat....he signed a ton of autographs and was really easy to talk to....that's the first time i've seen that many peeps @ core.....it was nice to meet you gilbert....good set by ty!

Yo Yo whats up drew? Yeah man that Tilt and Max Graham track you dropped was cool man! Yeah Matt was a cool guy man. He really was so easy to talk to. I heard him giving all kinds of great advice!

He was giving some guy advice on how to get his remix of a track submitted and how to approach lables. He was also explaining how you make money off your remix. Some other stuff man I don't remember because I was busy checking out the vinyl at the store. LOL!

Well after having a very stressful weekend & trying to move a event & promote with less than 24 hours it is finally over. We Just finished taking Matt & Faye to the Airport.

Just wanted to give a Huge thank you to everyone on DEVOTION ENTERTAINMENT,ANTITY ENTERTAINMENT,Chris Owner club One,James Kelley who was out of town making calls also, & promoters for last min promotions, Afterlife Security, Josh, Mark,Eric meza & Brad F, April p, Armando,and everyone one else who worked really hard to move the party
to CLUB ONE.

DEVOTION ENTERTAINMENT,ANTITY ENTERTAINMENT gave up their night for us. Thank You for all the support and your help. It was very much appreciated from everyone.

Matt did not leave upset, he is looking forward to doing it again sometime
in the future. Although he did say it was a "Shame" the event did not go according to plan. "Things Happen" "it's a doggy dog world" He is a very great person and it was a honor to have him in Dallas for couple of days. He did say Dallas was very good with accommodations and making sure he was happy at all times. He was also very happy to know that to this day we support his music. That meant so much to him when we were at Core Records( Meet up). which went extremely well.
