![]() | Same Mad Hatter's Tea Party as Andy's
I wanted to go to TENABRAE too but, as Andy said circumstances sucked and made us go to Austin. I was expecting like 1500-3000 people there but there was maybe 350. I've never been to the Ghost Town before, it's a really cool place for a party but they didn't use what they had very well....there was like 5 stages that were waaay too close together so unless you were standing right near the speakers you could hear some other type of music and it ruined both. The crowd didn't really have much energy except for a few people who kept moving around to the different booths. There were some REALLY good fire spinners there, they were walking around doing burns all night. Music was about even proportions of good to bad, some of it was really cool though. All-in-all, was it better than being at home.....yes. Was it worth the 3+ hour drive and $20 to get in........nope. I was dissapointed but glad to be out b/c I don't have a chance to go out much anymore.....especially since I'm only home for a month. |

you definately should've gone to Tenebrae. i saw the pics for the tea party, and it really looked like a ghost town. there should be another chance at a forest party much the same as Tenebrae very soon.
