Had a great time. My dad showed up and was pretty impressed. Man i met a lot of new people to. And good lord there was lots of hotties, now i just need to stop being a baby and talk to some of them. Thanks to the good crowd i think my dad is gonna gimme a thumbs up on throwin my party woohoo. hey anyone know what the turnout was? So i can get a feel of about how many ppl that was.

I had a great time. Finally got to see some of the locals I had been hearing about:

Will Fryer... now I know why people are pitching you to open for Timo... great tunes.

This was also my first Jeremy Dawson experience... alls I can say is the hype is justified.

And Chris Anderson tore it up hardcore, I wanna see more of this man.

When I walked into *Warped* I didn't know a single soul in the house and I had a BLAST!! Last night I felt like family from the second I walked through the door.

I had a pretty good damn time I must say. Room 36 does it pretty proper (as I had heard).

As for DJ's, the inside was not my cup o' tea, so I was running through every time I got in there. Now the outside was sublime. I guess it was Mike Luna and Jobe tagging some wikid garage and breakbeat. Very good set I must say and I was impressed by how well they fed off each other. Reminiscent (sp?) of how BK and Squirt fit together so perfectly. Carl Cue rocked nicely as well. Full range of garage choons, up tempo AND the more chill variety. MC Ninja? Honestly not bad, could use a little work and like most new jack MC's could stand to hush a little, but overall a solid performance with nice lyrical skill. Oh, but please lose those light-up glasses, son!

Squirt and BK of course did their usual turntable mayhem. Squirt gets maximum big ups for the new Ray Keith promos!

And at that point I left, so I dunno a damn thing about the inside. Big ups Room 36 for a solid event! Oh, and all the DRavers I met, RESPECT! I think I met Goof and dowNINit and prolly others but don't remember. And of course the usual suspects of Anti_Visual, sexsybeetchkerri, Sindell357, suzieq226, Vanessa, Ramsey, that chick who moved back here from Chicago (and I forgot her name, doh!), Linz, Kasie, etc etc etc get mucho love always.

Thanks to everyone that came out. we appreciate the support. Im glad we got to share this night with such great people. and thanks to everyone that said nice things about my set, thats what its all about. I must add that Stryfe tore it up, without a doubt. Squirt and BK....simply amazing. Special J screwed out Run DMC......enough said. Peace, WILL

Urbanitez was a blast. I didn't stray outside much (except to see a bit of Jobe's set), but that was really good. Inside, everything was kickin it all night. J and Will, you guys kicked ass as always. Dawson tore shit up as he always does, I really love seein this guy play. One of the few DJ's that I've never seen a bad set from.

It is kinda cool though that I don't buy glowsticks, but now my car is completely covered in them from last night Props to room 36 for doin it the way it should be done, and keepin the vibe alive. Sometimes ya just don't think it's there anymore, but then ya go to a room 36 event, and you see that they make jungalists go stompin to the beat

Jeremy was AWESOME!!!! I didn't get to talk to many DR peoples but its okay i had a blast. I did meet this one girl who used to date the same guy i did and she was with this guy in a TEenage mutant ninja turtle shirt and they were really cool. ehehe but we split and didnt get to exchange info before we bounced so if Ninja turtle guy is anywhere on the boards or Joes other ex girly. Get back with me...YAY!

oo ya and well joe was with some new chick last night.. ack....guess all he said was bs...( to those who know what i am talking about)

I had a good time and I stayed from 9-4 dancing my ass off. Thanx Room 36 for a good party. I enjoyed most of the sets inside and Mikey D had a great stompin set from 3-4. Good set by Dawson. I got lots of pix so ill post em up soon.

I had fun even though I took the long walk up to hb cuz I parked so far away from it. That hip hop and scratching set was ill outside with BK and Squirt. Made me wanna pick up a mic again and start spitting mad lyrics. A suggestion to anyone using HB and having a room outside can someone like put some boards on the ground so theres a dancefloor you can be ghetto with it.

Goes out to Room Thirty Six for taking the TIME and EFFORT to make this a memorable night.

Walking in the door... there is a HUGE box of T-shirts... I know that we tend to take this "extra" for granted... but I know that making and buying those t-shirts costs MONEY.... so thanks for my new shirt!

There was also a HUGE box of demos... impressive... again... an "extra" that costs extra money... but you took the time and effort to do it... !!!

Lights... sound... and visuals inside were solid. Very nice.

Kenen- Gosh... someone has been bumping up his BPM's... and his set was a wonderful progressive. Started slow and ramped up to some break-beat sounding progressive house... and the mixing was smooth... as expected!

Special J- YEA BABY! I really loved your set man! It was nice... the bit of hip-hop in the middle... and taking it back to trance... and next time you end your set on a BAD ASS track... play it till it's good and ready to take off!

Will Fryar- Great set as well! It was dark, deep and hard... (Get your minds out of the gutter!)... showed your talents as artist!

Who was next? Ah hell... I am not sure...

BK and Squirt- HELLO BABY!!! I was IMPRESSED! Your scratching is beyond talented... and Squirt throwing down after/with you... just as bad ass. You two impressed the hell out of me... not my genre of taste... but I was upfront watching closely! ANd the MC... was awesome as well!

Jeremy Dawson- This man was all over the place... each time I see him... he pulls something different out... something that I don't expect. AND... he seemed to be in a really good mood last night... actually stayed around and chatted with folks!

About 1:45 I headed out to promote (did you get a EUPHONIC flyer? Oh... and the colors... shite... it's suppose to be RED not that weird pink!) .. but he music and crowd was still jamming.


Great party... great night... and it was great seeing all the "oldies but goodies" from the scene... people I have been partying with for the past 2 years... and it was great meeting NEW people too!!!


Maybe I will see a few of you at DEEP NOVA tonight?
