| Pendulum at Home bar
Ive been torn about how to do this review so I figure Ill do 2 seperate reviews. The first one as if I was still a junglist from 2 yrs ago and the second one from present day. If I was still in to the DnB scene as I was, I would say pretty dope. The mixing was solid. The track selection was off the wall and a very thick vibe. Now then, as far as a review that I would give, it isnt that much different. Everyone was digging the music, His mixing was pretty good and it was enjoyable. The only qualm I have with the set (That I only made about 30 mins in to cause I couldnt get in to enough to justify going to work for a lack of sleep) is the same bitching ive been doing about DnB in general for the past year or so. Some of it was really intelligent (Especially that intro track and even the voodoo remix was respectable) and enjoyable, and then before I knew it, it had sunk in to the "Jump up" and cheese DnB that ran me off the scene to begin with. Now then, before people start bitching let me say this, Anyone who knows me, knows I heavily judge about how danceable the music is. It started off pretty grooveable but by the time I left I just couldnt bring myself to move to the beat. I will admit though, there wasnt one track that didnt at least have me bobbing my head. Summary- If DnB is your thing, last night was precisely what your looking for, dope anthems, good vibe and a respectable venue. Otherwise, it was kinda "meh" *Shrug*, nothing that would make you go and cause a rukus about. PS. Personally I liked the DJ with the long hair much better than the rest of said DJ's. Very intelligent tracks and very groovable. Kudos's says I |

enjoyed the night to the max but will say that there seems to be a need to educate the new blood. there were tunes being played that were pinnacle in the movment that NO ONE knew about and it was a bit sad. great vibe, great turn out, pumpin pumpin. it made me miss the homebar.

Lucy was the black one and Haley is the brown one. They both have serious issues with their ears and Haley is completely deaf. You cannot stroke their ears like you would most dogs. Very loveable dogs - just don't touch her ears next time. | |

I'm sooooooooooooo tired today. Had fun last night though. Honestly...Pendulum was good. Bad ass....but honestly I enjoyed Gilbert's set more the night before.

did anyone else notice the asian chick with the wig on? for some reason I couldnt stop thinking about pulling it off the whole night. Nice packed show, the crowd had a good energy, and I learned something new about some Prodigy remixes. kthanks
