No doubt one hell of a show. He showed up at 1am and by then it was obvious no one could wait any longer for his set. The guy before him (Willie Trimmer I beleive) was fantastic as well. Ferry didn't stop bangin out tunes till about 4:15. Everyone there had a blast!Ears ringing Edit: Also I'll say he actually played alot of new stuff, i just recognize the old stuff from 3.25hr set Tracks I remember: Ferry Corsten - I Love You Recluse - Emotional Void Airbiscuit - Lately (Riley and Durant) Dogzilla - Without You The Police - S.O.S.( SVD Remix) Ferry Corsten - Sublime (Thrillseekers) FB Feat Edun - Who's Knocking? (Ferry Corsten) Marvo V - More Than a Life Away Ferry Corsten - Rock Your Body Rock Ferry Corsten - It's Time (Flashover Remix) Fisherspooner - Never Win (Ferry Corsten Remix) Marc Marberg - Guarana Ferry Corsten - Cubikated Ferry Corsten - Like I'm on Fire U2 - Where the Streets Have No Name (Nu Nrg) Ferry Corsten - Indigo Blend Forty - 3 (Luke Chable and Steve May) - (sounded incredible on that system) Kuffdam and Plant - Summer Dream (Stoneface and Terminal) - Absolutely Set The Crowd Off Ferry Corsten - Punk Ferry Corsten - Right of Way Encore - William Barber - Adagio for Strings (Ferry Corsten Remix)

Ferry definitely brought the ruckus. I looked back at the crowd, and almost everyone was dancing. Rob Vaughn's set was killer too, especially the scratching. He's definitely got some skills. I went back and forth between Ferry and Blank and Jones, and I think Ferry had the better set.

This was the best show I've been to in a while...maybe all year. We bought VIP tickets and I considered that a great investment. I got some pretty good pictures. I have half an autograph from him. I had him sign my ticket stub but apparently the pen ran out of ink while he was signing it. The music was great, crowd was great, energy was great. We had to head out about 3:30ish and I remember thinking as we walked out, "Wow, I can't believe he didn't play punk." We got to the car and suddenly I hear it start in there and you could hear everyone cheering for it. This was my first time to go to Seven and I really like the club. |

willie trimmer was very good. Scratching + house? oh yes very nice! He definately got the party hopin. Only part that sucked was when some dumbass chick was dancing up on the stand and kicked the weight on the tone arm. GRRR!!! I hope nobody thought it was actually him trainwrecking :-/ Either way he jumped back into the mix and the night was all smooth sailing from there own out other than me drinking too much :-/ those Texas Teas are no joke!! Well, if anyone thought he was trainwrecking I have the proof. I got a picture of that dumbass bitch dancing up there about 2 seconds before she ruined everything. She was up there just dancing like she was the hotness and she really wasn't that great looking. http://www2.dallasdancemusic.com/pho.../stuff_027.jpg |
