Please excuse my grammer here, Im very doped up, been up all night in the emergency room, and just got back

I want to take this opportunity to express my deep gratitude to all of you who helped me last night at minc. Im the guy who passed out (non drug related inncodent) and made a big bloody mess at the club. Doctors are still unsure why I passed out, toxicity tests came back clean, alcohol levels normal, but xrays and cat scans have shown that I have broken my jaw in 9 places. I have also lost several teeth and bit thru my lip completely. I must have gone down extremely hard and fast, because I dont recall feeling ill or anything before I went down. I go into surgery on Tuesday, and I will be recovering for quite some time.

To the group that revived me, and helped me outside, I owe you all my most humble gratitude. Especially the girl who was with me when I first came to, I do not remember your name, but you were more than a blessing and I hope to somehow repay you.

Amy, thanks so much for hanging with me outside until Corey arrived, you are a true friend and your calming words where more than comforting. I hope to repay you as well.

Mike, sorry bro, dont know what the fuck happened, just clocked out and went down hard. Nothing like this has ever happened. Thanks for all your help bro, I owe you guys bigtime.

To Red Eye, and all the staff at minc, thank you so much for the proffesional and very positive manner in which you all handled the inncident, you guys rock beyond beleif, and run a wonderful establishment.

Major thanks also go out to my roomies Corey and Laura for being there in a flash and taking me to Baylor Hospital, driving my car home, and staying with me thru the night, but you guys will get a more personal thanks obviously.

Thanks again everyone who was involved, there are some truely great people here in Dallas.
