It was good times as usual, not as many people as friday but it was good. Halo played alot of really vocal/chicago house like I was expecting/hoping for so I went home happy

we stopped in for a bit and the place is lookin' clean and homey at the same time...should turn out to be a nice joint for sure.

However, We had to leave after only 10 minutes of Halo.... With all due respect to the promotors, as soon as he went on, it got WAY to loud in there, just over the top loud. Both people I was with wanted to leave immediatley, and once we did, they were complaining that there ears were hurting for the next 20 minutes... and this is having spent just 10 minutes in the place. I had on -29 dB foam earplugs and could still tell it was too loud.

I had respectfully asked one of the promotors to turn it down but he told me, "...this is HALO..." and didn't feel he could do anything about it. So we left. Most likley wont return either if the system is played that loud on a regular basis.

I would man but I just got back from dallas and I live in denton, i've been in dallas for 4 days time to stay at the home front for a bit but i'll definatly come check it out another week.

I stopped in there for about 10 minutes. That was the time I waited at the bar for a drink and promptly walked out the door. I don't know about that place.
