I didn't really venture out into the crowd much though, once the Toadies came on and everyone was near the stage, the free beer, short line to the can, and plenty of elbow room in the Bud Light VIP area was lookin pretty damn good.

got there too late for the opening act but the toadies fucking rocked it. i havent seen them since edgefest '99.

i only made it about halfway to the stage.
it seemed like they didnt really play for very long, but i was wasted so i dont really know.

btw, what was the afterpart supposed to be? we just stuck around the bars drinking $5 pitures which was a nice releif from the $5 beers.

never seen so much fucking beer trash before.

I'm rather disappointed that I sold off those tickets for my friend and didn't go myself.... I saw the Toadies do an acoustic show at the Warehouse Music on Camp Bowie when they released "Hell Below. Stars Above." Fucking incredible night. They even did a cover of the Pixies "Where is My Mind," absolutely one of the highlights of my music listening life!
