No, but Ian did a cover of Take a walk on the wild side that was amazing. The whole show was spectacular. Im headed down to Austin to see them again tonight.

No, but, as mentioned, they broke into "Walk on the Wild Side" right in the middle of "Nothing Lasts Forever" before finishing the rest of the song; this happened right as I was thinking how much Ian McCulloch looked and sounded a lot like Lou Reed. What made it even better is that, while the band's always been known to be pretty redolent with influence from the Doors and Velvet Underground, they have a box set which includes a live cover of "Heroin", and almost all of the setlists from shows earlier on in the tour have a cover for "Waiting for My Man" near the end; yet last night Dallas got to hear "Roadhouse Blues" and "Wild Side".

"The Killing Moon" sounded as good as it did when it came out more than two decades ago and I think their second encore was "With a Hip". They fucking rocked.

They played waiting for my man at the Austin show. Both shows were awesome.
