Yes I jacked, made someone spill their drink, and spilled my beer on a couple of people.......... Props to fresco....minc....and Mr. Trent. It was everthing that I could have wanted and then some. Rich, I am glad you and many others got to experience Ron for the first time. He was really takin us on a journey and that is the art to playing great music. Few guys have the ability to do that and it was so spiritual hearing him play records and everyone feeling it from the very beginning. Can't beat hearing music mixed on a rotary mixer. hats off to Jose and Joel for a great evening. Heard the tail end of miso, what was that jazz break/broken tune right before Ron played? sounded like a Spinna mix or Atjazz. nice stuff. hope to see some of you again soon at Minc.

Ron was deep! I've seen him a few times out of state, all of which were spectacular, but it was great to see him in a more intimate environment. One of the best Fresco events to date, in my opinion. Thanks to Jose and crew for temporarily pulling me out of rave hibernation. |
