as always, great variety in his set... heard some sounds that were difficult to classify...techno/electro/funk? got a little heavy towards the middle of the set, scared the house heads off the dance floor...hehe... but he got 'em all back with Iz & Diz - Magnificent  all in all a good night, too bad the promoter failed to promote... (ps. Mike C still has it)

fuckin fuckity fuck...anywayz mike and cle laid it down proper as usual and had peeps shakin' tha hips. good to see a lot of those same ol faces ive seen throughout the years. it is always good to see the hazy cats throw down, since i probably wouldn't even listen to dance music if it wasn't for them. had a blast!

good stuff. Agreed about the 'bit hard in the middle' part. hell, when JV says this is a bit too techno, then you know its hard. Good stuff though. And tino played some great shit too. And apologized for bein a butt AND offered to buy me a beer. Good night guys. Thanks for the tunes and times.

As of Friday @ at about 8:00...I knew not, that Cle was going to be in town. It seems everytime that he comes down, I don't make it to the show. This time, a little bird (Mustafa) informed me that he was going to be at Minc. He also told me that the promoter, wasn't exactly in the correct state of mind. So I kinda knew that the event wouldn't receive the proper turnout. So I arrived at Minc, at about one...after being sidetracked by a friend who thought he was going to take me to Carl Cox. Cle' was awesome...I meant as a person. I didn't really get to hear a lot of his set. I had some very interesting and very necessary conversations, instead! I can see why the Hazy Daze crew loves him so much. The music that I did hear, was out of this world. I tried to sit still, but I just couldn't. I was so glad that the promoter sucked ass...I finally had enough room to dance and cut a rug, for the short time that I was there! This weekend didn't go as I planned it, but getting to hear Cle', spin for the first time was an added bonus. To meet Cle' and shake the mans hand was definitely worth the price of admission!
