Am I the only person who went to the Lounge Saturday to catch DJ Dan? I normally dont go there and I knew Dan can be hit and miss from the other times I have seen him years ago but was really glad I went. He threw down a great vibe till around 3:30.

And does anyone know what the name of that track he played near the end was? It had the "pump it up, you've got to pump it up" as the sample and was very hard tribal funky. Im trying to find it on soulseek and so far have had no luck. He also played a nice mix sampling the bucketheads "the bomb" and another song I cant remember who does it but its called "salsa".

Good times overall, a little crowded but there was plenty of room to dance once people started to go home.

dan came over to the crib after the show and it was great to hear the party went well. it was nice seeing him again and fucking around.
