Wow. I missed Sunday.

Minc Saturday night was fun times despite the Jeno show getting canceled. Kind of a thin crowd, but that was expected due to the headliner not showing (missed his flight).

Afterwards, Amy, Big Kenny and I headed to Eden. Hadn't ever been before and Willie's been asking us to come up. He got us a booth and that was the way to go. High Energy (and kinda cheezy) dance music was being played, but it was fun to sit and watch folks and drink beers. Lots of boobs flopping around. I had a good time, and I'll go back up there again... however, having a booth made it fun. I couldn't stand around in there for that long. I may even go bang on the drums one night with them. Willie asked me about spinning, but I don't think I could pull that one off due to the demand for the high energy music. Meh, we'll see.

Sunday at around 10am... somehow... we ended up drinking Mojitos and hanging with Baby Ruthless as our waitress at Meridian Room. VERY cool girl. Never met her before and I'm glad I did. Man, we were tossed though. Then Brandi showed up and dragged us all back to Monarch's place where they all proceeded to do Tequila shots. I refused. I was done. D-O-N-E. We got back home and finally went to sleep at 5:30pm on Sunday, woke up about 9pm, shoved food in my mouth, and passed back out until 7am this morning when I was COMPLETELY disoriented on what day/time it was.

Good weekend though. Fun times.

I'm still trying to figure out what Kenny was talking about yesterday...I just remember him saying those cops look trashed! bwhahahaha

You just sat there and giggled a lot at Kenny...and of course every time Amy would snap and say sunshine! I had to light your cigarette b/c you were not quite getting it but besides that you were fine!!! It was Kenny who was LOL...I'm glad I'm ok in his book. (He kept telling me that yesterday!!! "Brandi, I just want you to know...you are OK in my book!") hahahahahaha

Wasn’t there something said about eating grapes in the Ghetto???

I finally make it out and the headliner doesn't even show up. Go figure. I was excited about hearing some good house music and I got the shaft.

When I got there, I knew something was up. Nobody was there and the music was not what I came to hear. I don't know who was playing, but he wasn't bringing it and I couldn't bring myself to listen to that all night, so I bounced out after about an hour.

I will say this, the place looks really nice. I love what they did to the inside of Minc. The booth is fucking awesome. If Jeno decides to roll through, I'll be there. I just can't bring myself to listen to music I don't like.

I think I was singing 'Aint No Yachts In The Ghetto'. We had been listening to Cajun music all morning. My neighbors must hate us.

Rich (10-12) and Woody (12-2) played on Saturday and Rich had problems with one of the CDJ's. No one knew it was canceled until early that evening. Hell, I was drunk when Rich called me around 7:00'ish and didn't make it out.
