TekSuprt 6.7.08 w/ Matias Pecile & Co....

Now before I begin, I'm sure it's been well documented that House Music and my Musical Pallette don't mix very well. With that said, here's my official review.

For my first time venturing out to TekSuprt, I have to say a few things.

1) Absinthe Lounge is a really dope venue/chill spot with a very friendly staff.

2) Gaucho, as I've mentioned to you last night, some of the tracks you
were playing were spot on and I must say this: my head was noddin a few times.

3) Absinthe the drink = WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overrated! How can some of you "DDM Ballers" justify drinking that shit? $12.50 for THAT? Are you crazy???? (the low point of my evening).

4) Decent turnout and those who came to rep/hear the tunage showed their grattitude on the dancefloor. As for me, I decided to committ the ultimate rave foul by intentionally standing right in front of the DJ booth in the middle of the dance floor.

5) Great seein the homies Sarah Pits and Roozbeh out during the 1:00 hour.

And finally...

6) Who was that chick in the blue top? When I think of my ideal woman, THAT GIRL COMES TO MIND! Not the one to hate, but in that case I have to while giving props to her bf. JUST HOW IN THE HELL DID HE PULL THAT?!?!?!?!?!? Props to you brosef, she's definitely my (and if Tekfunk was in the house, he'd probably co-sign) definition of total sexiness personafied! Homie should write a book on how to attract women of that caliber.

In closing, I had a great time @ this little shindig and I'm sure I'll be at a future TekSuprt event. And Gaucho, it was great meeting you and your lovely misses last night homie. We will have those steaks one weekend and tell your fellow countrymen to take it easy on my 'Nats today! And I'M GOING TO ARGENTINA!!!!!!!

This party was great! It was great to finally meet you matias! You are a top dude. You and the other 2 djs played some really cool tunes and i will definitely be back again. It was a little weird for me because I was by myself but then I got over it after about the fourth drink. I wanted to keep it going but being a loner and knowing I had to drive all the way home made me leave. Hopefully next time i'll be able to party a little more.

Damn it's a trip going out on your own when you haven't been out in a while...hahaha...I felt like a freakin loser....I hope I didn't look it...hahahaha! It was a pleasure to just be out and listen to the good music. Thanks again to teksuprt for throwing this wonderful party and I look forward to the next one.

I had a good time! Francisco Javier threw down a proper set with some killer tracks. It was great to hang with some of the crew and listen to some good music. Jacob played some dirty grinding stuff and it was nice. Bounced a lil early to try and make it to Zubar but that's for a different thread. As alway's Tek Spurt never dissapoints with quality music, people, and atmosphere. It was great to see you Matias seems like it's been awhile.

Dude, Tek Spurting is a blast evertime.. Prolly gonna be with the Family and my girl tonight in funky town so, we'll have to get drinks and celebrate yours this Friday! @ LN I would say you are getting old but, that's just not true..
