I can't believe they won't put a cast on him for another day or so. His arm is too swollen for a cast. They have him wrapped up really good, but every slight movement is straight screaming agony.
It's been a long night - I called the ER about 3am asking for the same doctor to prescribe something way stronger. They wouldn't unless we wanted to go back and readmit him for another injection - another pretty penny.
I called in sick and I'm going back to bed. *thud*

I know I had a great time playing with you guys. Next time though we should schedule the field for a bit later in the day. Sorry to hear about Jayson going to the ER. I hope he's allright soon. He was the only one besides Juan to hit a homer. My knees are feeling a bit sore but should only take about a week or so to heal. I ended up playing hockey later that evening and was fine. lol

actually, really no injuries at softball other than Matt's skinned his knees and everyone's sunburns. Seemed like everyone had a blast. Jayson's injury came from basketball

Oh! Well, still I was just told that a woman was in the hospital for year after being struck in the head w/a bat that was throw at her head in an freak swinging accident.

She ended up suing the park for not having correct fencing.

Either way, I'm one of those ppl who always get into a game, full blown shit talking & high energy & either I or someone I shove gets a boo boo.

i would say that my buddy thy's brother was by far the best fielder at 3rd base. He caught a couple scorchers that were hit his way and he was good at throwing people out as well.

Travis and I hit the long balls and everyone else did pretty damn good as well.

It was alot of fun and I cant wait already to get this cast off.

we will prolly do the next game anyways but i will either pitch for both teams or bench myself and eat hot dogs and drink
