| J Scott G & Burufunk @ Afterlife
I had a great time at the ol' AF. I was actually surprised that there wasn't a huge turnout that I thought there would be. But other than that, I had fun dancing and acting a fool with friends and listening to some good music.   Got there just in enough time to catch Chaser and we raved it out in there for a good while.   Chaser produced a huge rave in that room!  Then I went to the bathroom and I found some girl left her little pink Carebear. So I ran around with the Carebear for a while, showing off my new rave novelty. A rave dude said, "OMG, where did you find that! My girlfriend has been crying and freaking out trying to find it for a long time!" I had to snicker and give it to him...couldn't let a 17yr old girl to cry for her baby. lol  I missed seeing Burufunk's set because I was witnessing a way better set by Mr Jayson Gold in the warehouse. He made me happy by playing a ton of trance for me. I was all giddy, rave stomping, hands in the air, and singing along....tee!    Caught some J Scott G, and some great fire spinning outside. gross, she isnt wearing any shoes!!!! Hopefully she had them close by.... But i was curious to hear how Buru and J Scott played!!! Deepsky used to be some of my favorites when i was still into trance. Their productions were space age shite!! |

Pretty tight night. Like others said, I was expecting a little bit more of a turnout but then again Irene at the lounge probably had a little to do with it. Regardless had fun kickin it with some good tunages and friends.

J Scott G is getting away from the trance and prog (one of the reasons for leaving Deepsky) and playing what he has always wanted to... bangin electro. I was really impressed by his set, I was thinking it was still going to be similar to the prog and trance crap when I saw Deepsky awhile back. Burufunk picked it up a notch too, and played some nice funky beats!

I was just wondering if when Jayson gets his cast off will he go back to using 2 hands, or stick with 1 while doing his thang?
