honestly.........he lost me about an hour and a half into the set. He just never seemed to "bring it" completely. Right when you think he was about to it would taper right off. Just teased around almost half-assed like. I really really hate to say that I saw Sasha and was disappointed. I never thought that description would ever be used for one of his shows. |

I never really liked Sasha's productions since they were all melody background music for me. But everyone told me Sasha likes to bang it live. So I was so excited to see him play for the first time. I was expecting a banging set, and I was completely disappointed. we left about and hour and half later. It was just meh. I want so hard to like this guy so I can find out what's the big deal with Sasha. Maybe I try too hard. I hope the Sasha diehard fans don't hate me for it. Maybe I was just tired from dancing and partying thurs and friday nights. I'll make sure I give him another try the next time around.

I left an hour into his set... thought he would pick it up, but never did. Definitely groovy background music, but nothing banging and nothing special. Plus I was kinda tired from all the festivities this week....

Three stole the show as I expected but Three and Sasha b2b for the last hour was superb. The last track dropped was absolutely STUNNING! Watching my g/f tell Sasha that they wanted a picture with Three and not him was freakin hilarious. He laughed it off but still snuck in the picture... |

I wanted to catch Sasha and see what he was up to now. Seeing he was #7 on the new DJ MAG poll I checked out his new involv2r CD on iTunes before the show. Not really excited about the CD...I thought he would be way better live. He had some good peaks but kept it cool all night. Couldn't dance to him all night but he had a lot of fans going. Sasha - *check* Video up TONIGHT!....footage of Three and Sasha. |

jv and i dropped by to have some drinks before the warehouse party.......we haved declared it "elevator tech" and "cocktail tech". Everything just droned on and on. JV said we listened to the same song for an hour. It really was like being in an elevator of maybe like a really hip office building. we were upstairs right above the booth and could see all that was going on and him utilizing the live remixing skills (which i totally appreciate), but......... I got respect for the man, i defn8ly can't take anything away from him but it just seemed really drowsy to me. But the bass and monitor system in there.......my lord! BOOM like whoa!
