ATB; Could he be the AntiChrist??

okay, i know that after this review many of you will come back at me and tell me that ATB is a good DJ who put on a great show and yadda yadda yadda, but i dont care. i cant believe people actually get down on his sound. i only went because two of my friends were in from out of town and they wanted to go, that being said, i will now post my review. HE SUCKED ASS!!! that man has the mixing ability of a retarded monkey with no arms. all his tracks were years old and the cheese he laid down was over the top. i think its funny to see all the 26 year old adults dancing to this music that sounds like it is for 12 year old girls. and how many times did he get on the microphone saying "1,2 . . . 1,2,3, GO!" what the fuck is that shit? i guess he thought that getting on the mic and telling us how much he loved Dallas would make up for the 10 second mixes he was doing all night long. i dont think so. i just get upset to see such a talentless individual getting so much credit for that one stupid song 9PM. the man sux, period!! now bring on all the replies telling me how much of an asshole i am!! bring it on biatch!

hum.....have you heard any of the tracks he did that features heather nova? I've never seen him live, and I've heard he sucks as a DJ...BUT!! As a producer, he's awesome. His genre may not be what you're into, but that doesnt mean that the guy has no talent. just my opinion though

i also agree with jessica, he is not that great a dj but he is an excellent producer! The show was kinda cheesy and bunk but I love epic/anthem trance and he falls right in that category so I went and checked him out. Definately better producer than dj!

Never seen him, so I can't comment on his Dj skills, but he is an excellent producer at the type of music he does, albeit not really my cup of tea. Its deffinetly possible though that like Keoki(sp), one can be quite bad behind the decks sometimes and still have allot of production talent.

It was still a DJ show though, and as much as we want to complian, if we didn't pay to go watch him, then he wouldn't be getting all these gigs. Its sad to see sometimes how ignorant people can be about DJ permormances, cause undoubtably there were people who left ther thinking he was amazing and is a DJ "SUPERSTAR" cause he played some cool records. Then again maybe he had a bad night, I know I've had my share of em. *cough* lastnite *cough*

<sigh> Yeah it was cheese! hahaha but enough drinks and it was awesome! <chuckle> Yeah he's a way better producer than a dj. 9PM?? He has alot better tracks than that, but that's my opinion.
I still had a blast so I can't knock it. All I can say is SUPPORT YOUR LOCALS! so we can hear them instead
