Wow. I am so sore it hurts to type! LOL! First off…I want to thank all of YOU. YOU make the scene and ARE the scene. Without supporters…there would be no scene. Promoters or no promoters, Dj’s or no Dj’s, quite honestly there would be no scene at all if nobody came out to support. So I want to thank all of you for being the backbone of our sub-culture. I would like to thank HAWKWOOD for giving us the opportunity to do this. That place is truly my favorite venue right now. There is something spiritual about that place. I hate to see it go. We will find out by the end of this week what the fate of Hawkwood will be. Phuturithims lost a little bit of money on the party but we were still able to give something back to Hawkwood. I can guarantee that if Hawkwood remains open for another month or two…We will be hosting another event or two out there…they need every little bit of help to keep that place going…and I know that I will try my hardest to try and preserve one of the last truly spiritual venues we have available. I would like to thank Jay with Full Circle, David with Universal Mind Productions, and Arthur with Valence for everything you guys did to help me out, whether it be sound, lighting, support, suggestions, opinions, input, etc…I cant help but thank you all enough. To all the talent that came out and played their asses off (and had to deal w/ minor sound issues in the beginning…and spiders thinking turntables were ‘insect carousels’, etc…) I cant help but thank you and express my respect. Of course to the Phamily. I already expressed my gratitude to all of you via email this morning…but once again…I cant begin to tell you how good it feels to work with so many people so eager to help and willing to do whatever it takes to make our dreams come true. I love you all. Just a few memories ~Seeing the moon in its big bad ass glory ~Talking to the Sheriff’s Department (drinking a beer) ~Hanging with Karlos at the front gate welcoming everyone ~Seeing my boy Drannan ~Walking 40 miles ~Dancing about another 30 miles ~Dancing by myself in the parking lot to the Disco Agents set (Howie and I were working) ~Seeing members of Sine Lab coming to support ~Hanging out with EP (its been a while) ~Dancing to the Groovehead’s set w/ a saxaphone player! SIMPLY AMAZING…thanks to Carl and Wes for keeping fresh ideas alive. The scene needs more people like you two. ~Seeing the Phuturithims banner at an event again. ~Trying to ensure Cat that snakes don’t like to dance at 3am. ~Hanging out with Tabby for a GOOD part of the evening, esp. the Second Stage!  ~Seeing a lot of Old faces…and seeing a lot of New faces! ~Kid Icarus getting the crowd to go crazy ~FINALLY getting a demo from Squiky ~OMG!!! TABBY SLAMMED MY HAND IN HER TRUCK DOOR! She had to open the door so I could get my hand out. How its not broken is beyond me! ~Everyone who came up to me and hugged me and thanked me for a bomb ass party and telling me that it was one of the best parties they had been to despite our losses. ~Seeing Technoboy and crew running around naked at the end ~Hanging with Kerri and seeing her beautiful smile all night. ~DANCING WITH LIZ TO HOUSE MUSIC!!!!!

I think my review said it all. Thank you for letting me part of such a wonderful phamily. I found pure bliss finally! It was all while putting the party together and it peaked at the party!  Never in my life have I been so happy. Every aspect of my life is going good and I am part of great crew that threw a great party this weekend and will be throwing more in the future. A conversation Heyliz, t@bby and I had in the parking lot Sunday morning after clean-up, just before we all left: Princess: I am sooo exhausted! But it was so much fun. I finally got to see things from the promoter view point. Honestly, this was the best party I've ever been to. Heyliz: And the best part of it all... is even though you are dead tired... Princess & t@bby: It was sooooooo worth it. Princess: I can't wait to do it again. Thank you to everyone! My first experience was more than I could have asked/dreamed for. I will never forget it.

no no no, thank you guys for making my bday one i wont forget I think i tried to say hi to each one of yall, i know i was rockin out with Howie and Stacy at the end of the night, and Liz and Kerri durin chriskos set.... AHHH im dead tired too and all i did was participate, i bet yall are exhausted. But, as with me, im sure theres a big grin on your face. So far today everyone has asked me how my weekend was, and my response has been: WONDERFUL!!

i'm really glad every party is not as good as enchanted was. if so, we couldn't be driving home after these rare, amazing parties thinking about how we had just spent the best 12 hours of our life with our friends and phamily. what y'all did out there was truly great. i cant wait until the next event.... and i'll probably be the first person through the gates again!! |

I dont have that much to say (said it all in my other post) All i really want to say in this one is... thank you to everyone who came out and supported us and hawkwood... you ALL made it a great experiance for my first "being part of a crew" party I really couldnt thank everyone enuf for coming out.. *starts getting teary eyed* ok. i'm done... you all are the best! OMG THAT WAS A PHAT PARTY! |

I am so glad I got to experince this...a phamily party being APART of the THE Phamily...I still can believe how good of a time I had...it borderlined on RADICAL!... My feet are still sore...those huge rocks on the road tore up my feet...I must show off my prize blister to all...I may get ~*~Enchanted~*~ tattoed over it to remind me for that... Phuturithims PWNS! Next time, just stop by at the front gate and talk to us. We could have either held on to the cd for him... or we could have found him for you. We pretty much knew how to find him all night.
