i loved it but was unfortunately only there tue-thur...

things to mention...

- weather = awesome!!
- so many god damn lamborghini's!! wtf!!??
- my feet hurt
- flyer promoters on miami beach suck. so much goes to waste. irritating...
- space is a nice "space", but the people that run it seem to be total dicks.. big surprise?? EXCELLENT sound tho!
- traffic on miami beach sucks, we should have gotten a scooter...
- i will never wear glasses to the beach again.. as i totally lost mine within 30 minutes... >_< was blind 2nd half of week..
- ghiridelli mint chocolate ice cream was sugar overload 9000. super tasty but has make stomach very sad.. =[
- gaven n i had probably the most fun @ jazid's dub & bass party. mundo rocked it and that shit was packed nuts. heard some good jungle n dub. =D
- nvr let gaven drink vodka again.. he get super sicktastic... SORRY BABY!!! =[
- and, last but not least, EVERYBODY HONKS... seriously.. RIGHT as the light turns green... bitches would get shot in dallas fo dat shizzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!! =D (altho, i admit, it was cool cuz i got to honk back like crazy.. hahaha i have like never used my horn b4.. ya, i'm a passive bitch HAH)

i think that's about it.. or, at least all that stands out in my mind at the time LOL. i'm sure i'll add more later..

i had a great time, but next year will be much better for me i'm sure.. hopefully i can stay the entire week & weekend... so sad i missed ultra!!! =\

Music was amazing. People were outstanding. Weather was perfect. Best conference so far. Full review to follow.

Still in S. Beach and about to go drink myself into oblivion...must try and avoid major crash.

Just got back to NY. Hands down, best party.... The No-Bass-DanceToHighHats rooftop with Burridge and Three. INCREDIBLE. The best party with no bass ever ever. Our Proton Sessions were sick too..... Tom Budden DESTROYED.

This was my 8th year and by far the worst. WMC is getting LAME 1000 but prolly cool for all the cats who have never been.

haha! I'm feeling good but my sleep pattern is shot. Being up at 6am several days in a row has wrecked my ability to sleep normal hours lol. Its 3 and i'm wide awake.

i feel ya, had a great time, but about 4 days is all i can handle. i had great times seeing the dallas homies. I think my favourite nite was funk, disco, soul and house with turntables on the hudson and some dudes from Sweden at the Shoreclub.

Ultra had record attendance apparently. Oh and their photo restrictions are lame-o so I didn't end up shooting everyone like I wanted. But being on the main stage when Infected Mushroom performed was pretty cool. Gallery/videos up "soon".

Otherwise I had the most fun at the Welcome to Miami party at Nikki beach on Wednesday. Lots of great sets from peeps like Nick Curly, Heidi, Fancuili, Luca, Lawler, etc etc etc. Met some cooooool ass motherfuckers from Ireland and the UK in general. Chilled with them a while.

Thursday I took it easy and only went by the Beatport party mostly to see Tiga & Proxy (who canceled) and Boys Noize. Funkagenda was great, too. But f'n Steve Aoki replaced Tiga & Proxy for ultimate lameness.

Stopped by a couple places on Friday including the BasicNYC rooftop pool party and the rooftop Hallucienda party and got to see Lee Burridge go to town. Friends went to his Leeky Tikki yatcht party and said thats a must-do for every year from now on. The vibe and everything was insane. I'm gonna hit up a couple of those next year...

Saturday was all day at Ultra doing photos and random shit. Mostly sitting down at the Junkytees booth which was right outside the Carl Cox tent. Nasty sunburn incapacitated me.

My friend said Sunday School was sick as fuck, and the Hot Nature disco thing was as well.

Overall I spent way less than I budgeted. Even the plane ticket was $99 each way. Enjoyed some awesome cuban food right next to the hotel, and the best pizza ever.... Presto Pizza.

Promoted the ass out of myself with the business cards... esp at Ultra. So easy to take crowd pics and get rid of 20 business cards in 1 minute. So worth it.

Definitely going back next year. Oh, and our last-minute room at the Chesterfield was fucking sickkk!!!! Side/sunroom with this long ass wide 'modern style' couch that could sleep 2 comfortably; and awesome queen bed, modern table/chairs; another desk/chair in another room with a tub jacuzzi; then the hall with closet and sink with other bathroom... all for $300/night right smack at 9th and Collins. CHESTERFIELD = highly recommended!!

Also everyone I met this year was just super nice and really chill. Different vibe in the air... I dunno.
