Spring affair 4/19/09

Another AMAZING event from Brett, Mike, Luke, Schwa, David Lewis, and the others in the Spring Affair camp! Amazing sets from all. Great Weather.

Highlights (imho): Schwa's set was flawless as usual, David Lewis dropping Bobby Caldwell's "Open Your Eyes," Luke's music is amazing as always. Football w/Terry's son, ***HUGE PROPS TO BIG KENNY FOR THE MUD BUGS!!!

Overall, HUGE PROPS to everyone involved, I greatly appreciate being able to come out and enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

Oh man, that was so nice. 3/3 for Spring Affair. It is truly a family atmosphere. Nothing but sunshine and smiles all around! My friend Alisha from Shreveport was raving about it!

I can't take all the credit for the crawfish, Amykat and Juan both were a huge help. My only regret is that it took so long to get everything together. I know a lot of people threw in and left before the 2nd batch was ready. All good though, I'll just be more ready for the next one. Thanks to Rich and everyone who helped me pick up, too!

Man oh man. Love love love spring affair! Everything was lovely! I was dazed from Wink and after party shenanigans, but I was noddin to the beat all day long. So funny watching the chillins and pups run around and have fun. One little girl was carrying around a fuzzy little pomeranian for a while. So cute! The perfect cap to an amazing weekend. Thanks to everyone that contributed to putting this together... I always look forward to attending this party.

the only thing i would change is please ppl put your dog on a leash..not everyone wants your dog all up on us all day long.just my 2 cents but other then that it was a perfect day...so so perfect

I totally agree. Some people don't seem to understand that no matter how well your dog is trained, it's natural instincts can take over at any time. I was there maybe 20 minutes and I saw one person's dog go after another person's dog. Luckily someone pulled them apart, but neither had leashes on. I don't get why this is hard to understand. A child, a person, or another animal could get hurt... all because someone didn't have their dog on a leash. Personally, I love dogs and don't care about them jumping on me at all, but keep em on leashes and pick up their poop for the sake of others... and your dog.
