Great night at Seven it was agin with Brillo, Darren D, and Jay. I really like the CD of Danny Howells, Nocturnal Frequencies and I really cant wait to see him on Nov 1st I believe the date is. I think Im going to have to call into work every Friday for now on because I was dead tired so forgive me if I wasn't my usual self last night. THanks for all those who came out from the board. Mookie, Paul Proteus, Elevated Stacy, Gator, Sexysarahp, milesismyhero, Tantricreflex, stanfield, tamyln, r-type, wes, imenent, still_rollin, jobes sidekick, dallas homie, ipartykid, damn-it-2-hell, Blame, Yvonne, Cradlerock and im sure that I forgot a few as to why I dont name people but I just wanted to get my shouts out for the month. Next Friday, I will be rolling in my wheelchair with full oxygen bar on the back to keep me awake. Thanks agin Brillo, Darren D, and Jay for some progressive beats.

Massive ....massive props to everyone who played last night. Darren and Brillo's set was on and nicely percussive.....loads of variety. Every other track had me wanting to go up to the booth like a nerd and ask what that track was.....Darren's enthusiasm had me smiling and dancing (dont laugh but I try) Jay's transitions were in stealth mode. Full on ninja progressive madness......This guy is a badass....People that stepped out during his set missed out on some seriously good stuff. All in all I had a great time....and the free cds via Jay were very much appreciated. All us drunks owe Jay for those as well.... I stayed only a bit past 2-0-clock being that I had to be at work at 8 today Big ups to everyone who played last night....and those that stayed ![]() See you all at the next one... peace btw I keep trying to fluff and lay my head on my keyboard thinking its a pillow....so dont mind the jibba jabba I post in other forums today.. |

![]() | another late friday ....
I had a great time out at Seven last night ... Everytime I see the Ridgeback Duo behind the decks I'm always impressed. Very nice track selection indeed. Once again Jay's mixing was on point with top notch tracks! Damn those $1 wells ... that's all I have to say about that ... the head is pounding this morning ... Wish I could have stayed later, but alas, the mobil Tech*Sun record store was in full force last night and I had to finish my deliverys .... I'll see you guys next Friday @ Seven! -Wes

Thanks to Darren D. & Brillo and all those that TRULY support our Friday movement. I appreciate everyone that makes an effort to show up each friday and will extend oppurtunities only to those who consistantly support the night. Furthermore those that are not necessarily DJ's, thank you for helping create the positive vibe of fridays. If you enjoyed the CD giveaway last night, I will continue to do more types of these events to show my gratitude for your support. Have a great weekend and hey, just because I am doing the night solo next friday doesnt mean you cant come out. I promise not to disappoint anyone and you might here A LOT of stuff you have never heard before as well as make me feel like what I have done with Seven was a positive move! J.W.

This is very true. Labor day weekend was all-Jay all-night and it was worth not missing. I had a splendid time last night. Thank you for letting me in !The vibe @ seven is unlike most clubs in Dallas. It's welcoming, not pretentious. It's intimate, without feeling like your in a meat-locker. And it's got energy! I guess this is mostly due to great music! on a steady basis. I wish I didn't have to leave so early. This is the only club I go to on my friday night club/rave tour I regret leaving. It was great to meet the man behind the myth that is Blame and all the other beautiful Dravers who were out in full-force! Thanks Gator for keeping my girlfriend company! She thinks you're the greatest and so do I! GO TECH*SUN MOBLIE SERVICE! Thanks Wes for making all your special deliveries!

Sucks I had to miss Darren D and Brillo get ruthless on club 7...I never get to see those 2 go off dammit. I get to see them in Fort Worth, but the venue there doesnt do justice for their mad skills. I heard it was rockin as usual... BTW, Jay doesnt need someone DJing with him to rock the house, he is very capable by himself. Anyway, much props to all the hard work by the Dallas progressive heads for bringing the deep, groovey, funky, slick, bangin, chunky, soulful and innovative sound that is progressive house. peace doug d

I couldn't make it on Friday due to watching the kid, so I had my wife go out there. I'm sure it was awesome as usual.
