Thought it was my earplugs, removed them, somehow made my way to the front and realized that the volume was turned down - up a little bit in between - then down and ultimately killed! Great turnout though, IMO this could have easily been one of the best gigs so far this year had the volume not been turned down.

I had an AMAZING time playing last night!

The crowd was great and eating up everything I threw at them and getting me more pumped throughout my 2 hr adventure.

BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU to FA , JW and, the LL for making this happen!

It was insane how many people were there last night! (it must have been from my exceptional promotion skills)

took most people +40 minutes of line waiting to get in, even with pre-bought tickets.

then the fire marshal shows up at 2 ON DA DOT and shuts down the entire outside (where the headliner is playing). Everybody outside pretty much had to leave.

Not that I didn't have a great time, but wtf?

1. Needed better system at front
2. This LL/Full Access outside party isn't a NEW thing. Did they really not think the authorities would be called? Poor planning?

the first noise complaint came in at 9:30....there was 10 minutes left when the marshall showed up. Outdoors ALWAYS shuts down at 2. So no one really missed out on anything. Ten minutes...at the most...if anything at all.
With a noise complaint coming in that early the fact that it wasnt shut down by midnight is amazing. Not Full Access or LL's fault at all...maybe a new neighbor in that apt building. I was working for F.A. and the music wasnt loud in the begining at all....especially at 9:30...they always turn the sound lower untill the headliner comes on. So i dont know how that first compalint came in...
But long story short...you didnt lose out on anything. Benny was done anyway.

Simply put, last nights sound issue was a huge problem. Unless you were lucky enough to be standing 10ft infront of the stage, then it was pointless to even be out there... I've heard car stereos louder then that! Benny was ruined for me do to this issue and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I know it's no ones fault with LL or Full Access, but something has to be figured before Meltdown or you can count me out for any future outdoor events @ LL

Pros:
-Tritonal
-Jayson Gold
-Meeting lots chill people

Cons:
-Long line to get in...very hard to hold pee that long
-Outside was not enjoyable. All you could hear was crowd noise unless you were right in front of the stage. I gave Benny a 30 minute chance, but I felt no energy from the crowd and the sound never improved.

Overall:
I had a great night and I am very glad I went inside when I did. I was with a group of about 30 people, so we really enjoyed the room to dance and the music in the main room. I hope the lounge is able to figure something out to allow the outside shows...Curious to see how Meltdown goes now =/

yeah, i dont know how there was even a noise complaint. It's been waaaaay louder than that before with no drama at all. If i lived at that loft building i wouldnt have complained, as i was working the will call line and never had to raise my voice to talk to someone. It wasnt loud (by comparison) at all. I dont know how anyone in that building could've been bothered at all...theres no way they couldve even heard a murmur.
Fire marshall i can understand...but noise complaints, i can't agree with that.Especially at 9:30. It wasnt noisy at all.

Wish i could have made it just to see my boy Jason play. Kinda wanted to check out Tritonal as well. Heard they are blowin up in the trance world.

But i just couldnt justify spending $25 to get in plus i had to be at work at 8am sunday morning.

Looks like there was a good amount of peeps there!!
