Off to Arkie with T. P. J.W. & the Gang!

So two weeks ago Pibb says he and Jeremy Lewallen want me to come out to this party in Arkansas (Texarcana) and spin fire. Heeell yeah!

Meet at 5:30pm....leave at 7:00 - And Drew almost got left behind!

So we finally get there, and the promoters give us all a +1 so the extra people only had to pay $5 each. Sweet! The venue was dope as hell.

THE VENUE WAS DOPE AS HELL!

They had this big barn place with a nice sound/lighting setup, where they played trance/house, and a little house off to the side for DNB. It was all stripped out and had a really cool feel to it.
There were lots of people when we got there, but just as Jeremy Lewallen went on guess what?

They were checking out a noise complaint and just wanted the noise level dropped. The promoter cut the music, and a bunch of people bugged out, PUSSIES, and the cops left after only 15min. The had to shut down the DNB room, and several of their local dj's split.

DALLAS PEEPS SAVE THE DAY!

So we and about 50 other hard core ppl stick it out and the music comes back on....Jeremy Lewallen throws down a great set, and I help get the crowd Fired up! Then TITAN and MC PIBB get on and fuck it up for an hour and a half. Man those kids really dug the fire, it's great to get that kind of a respnse, and I now have 3 groupies from Arkansas!! haha.

Well, we left a little after Gilbert got done. Sorry Matt you didn't get to spin. We headed back to the hotel, where I'll stop narrating because such scenes of excess and debauchary are better left unspoken of.

Checkout: The party had a lot of vibe, and the promoters were cool. The Arkansas kids are a lot of fun to party with, and I'd definitely go back.

Thanks from me to everybody from dallas that supported and crammed into the hotel room. Chris, your fire was badass!! I can't wait for the next dj/fire collaberation. big ups to gilbert and pibb, and big ups to massive studios in arkansas for the dope party.

fucking great night....too bad i didn't get to play, but Brian, Jeremy, we're gonna head back out there and show those kids what a night is all about....maybe do an all dallas party in arkie? how bout it?

it's all good, i got nice and crunk by the end of the night.....

craziness indeed...definitely groupies out there, but those kids are into it......can't wait til next time....though we'll take care of the hotel situation in advance.
