| A response to MJ
Well i am not going to trash or blame anyone, Infact if anyone wants to blame somebody they can blame me and everyone involved, but i think it's a waste of time... If you have ever done a show , everything gets screwed....... I am not going to go over my responsibilities but not matter what anyone says our parties involved with perfect universe did all we could and then some...We just had to make due with what we had..... Now I will respond to the Hive and UFO scenario, When i got back from talking with the sherriffs about the decibal volume and noise complaints , I came into the hotel , I sat and talked with them, I paid for there delivery food, I got them to a car and took them down to the show,i bought them 5 redbulls and brought what ever vodka there was left... yea they were pissed along with the rest of the drum and bass tent, 1. the equipment was bad, two, the decks skipped........there were no lights, no cd player no cable for his laptop , that is all we had , those things were supposed to be there by whoever, but they weren't They had good reason and i'm sorry for the shitty time they had and the rest of the jungle crew........ Now for the comment about the house stage, The projectors fell threw, So Perfect Universe came throgh and got them good job. My feelings on the house stage and simply jeff stage was that if we didn't have projectors so what?!!!!!!!!!!!!! did people come to stare at a screen or listen to music...... As far as the whole show it was a mess, There are so many things that needed to be done and didn't get done... So I may give a detailed description of what when on what i did if it's absolutely necessary, But really i don't think it's appropriate to do it here.... and to respond to amber's comments I am sorry u think that 4peace,timfunatik, matt morrow, chris jumble,,the carbon community ,cradlerock, matt morrow, juice, are shitty dj's come on...... , you need to keep your personal situations with me or whoever to yourself or call me if you have a problem......Now as far as me carring about money , I have lost over 10,000 dollars on the past 4 shows i have done, So who cares about money more a promoter who loses, or some person who bitches about 25$ going to a party ..............

i agree with him on this, we all did our best with what we had to work with. i apologize for the shortcomings in the d and b tent, the system rocked but turn tables sadly could not keep up. it's not to often djs complain that the bass hits too hard. i took it as a compliment, but unfourtanately the tables used were not up to par and the stands they were supposed to be on turnewd up missing. and the cd thing i knew nothing about as i had never seen the rider...this got over looked and things happen, oh well. no ones fault though, hive was very cooperative and cool about working with what we had to make the best of it. from my impression once we got him going it all went pretty smooth and sounded good. but i could be wrong. i think everyone involoved did there best and reall considering what could have happened and what did happen it's really not worth ruining everyones impression of the entire producyion because of a few things that went wrong. shit happens, its life, the only thing one can do is do do there best to work through them.. and honestly amber you were not even there yet you seem to be adding to the fire. from what i remember i got you into the last one and after pages and pages of really positive responces you posted something saying that it wouldn't have been worth paying for but was fun. so thanks for the support yo. |

![]() | TO ALL DNB HEADS: the guys organizing the DnB for Mystic Journey couldnt find their way out of a paper bag with a flashlight. SO, in light of this: The next party thrown by this crew, WILL STILL HAVE DnB....BUT, I WILL PERSONALLY be in charge of the organization, booking, sound, etc. those who know me, know that i can do this. those who doubt me, just wait. i, along with one other person who i have chosen and trust with everything in the world, will knock your socks off. dont worry. DNB will be revived at the next event. TRUST. thank you guys for your support. _travis_

| Promoters.
I think you did a great job all things considered. Don't pay attention to these douchebags. They bitched about their own party. The sound was horrible at the Andy C show and guess what? The promoters blamed Gypsy Tea Room and Raid 5. I bet Andy was dissappointed in the sound, if everyone else was. but You didnt see me jumping on here and calling the promoters idiots. You cant make everyone happy. You have to put up with these morons. It seems 20 to 1 for the people who did have a good time. Its not worth stressing about especially for the low self esteem people you see trying to kick you while you are down. I think that says a lot about their character. Pretending they are "hardcore", they are more like hard bore.

Gloria, I don't know you but thanx girl!! It's love like that that started this scene back in the day, and the parties from years long ago was the kinda party we tried to re-create with Mystik Journey. The fact is that we're NOT professionals, we're just people who are bored with the scene and miss the parties that made us LOVE going to parties. We got impatient waiting for someone else to do it so we just did it! There were snags but we pulled it off somehow. We always said who cares if we make money, if we throw a party that goes off and everyone has a good time, then we'd be happy. But then we lost all our money AND got home to see everyone tearing our party apart on draves. It was like a punch in the face but now we're focusing on the positive and moving forward. We didn't expect our first party to be perfect or even our second, but we did expect to learn from every single experience and we are definately taking it all in. We're not quitting and each party we do will only get better. And to all you people who vowed to never again go to a Perfect Universe production because of sound, or whatever: Stay home. We want only happy, positive people who will add to our vibe, our scene, and our smiles. We all go for the music, but we also go to share it with awesome people. Peace Sarah |

Thats the right attitude to have right there! Yeah Mystic Journey may have been sub-par from your expectations, but it isnt the end of the world! Its only a minor setback, a lesson to be learned by all. So Keep ya head up, dust yourself off and just try again. I wish I had gone to MJ. Sure the DnB room wasn't tight and it was like 28 degrees, but I wanted 2 go to a party. Oh well DEFINITELY The Next One. Holla | |

My only complaint was that there was nothing to dance on but grass. Hey I should had brought some cardboard or something. You can't change the weather and mistakes do happen. I did have fun so I can't compain.
