these happy hours are really starting to get out of hand and that's.........ok.

we had a great turn out again this week. the usual suspects were there: Hernando, Sarah, myself and Ben (+2 friends this week).

joining us this week were also: Edwin Watson and his lovely girlfriend, leslie (a.k.a. St. Blaize), john and Washington Apple.

and there were others that drifted in and out of the group all evening, but who can keep track really. it's the grapevine for crying out loud. everybody knows somebody out there. highlight of the afternoon would definately have to be sarah's photos from her trip down to the guadalupe.

now, in the thread i had mentioned a new bar that opened up next door to the grapevine called Sapphire. the place is hella pimped out and totally dope on the inside. looks like nothing at all from the outside. i took everyone over there to check it out after we were done with the grapevine. let's just say....

we were visiting with the owner and the staff, and i asked the guy what his happy hour specials were. well, they don't cut the prices during happy hour, so it's 3-and-change for wells and 4-and-change for "the good stuff". BUT it is also his policy to pour stiff as hell drinks. just ask hernando how long it took him to finish his rum and coke.

so the Freaky Friday DallasDance Happy Hour will have a new home next week, and we will all be more sloppy drunk because of it.
