LMAO!!! I was just about to post a review. What a great fucking night. Started off a little slow but the place was bumping come midnight. Matt and Benny, you guys had a tight set on. Very cool Maetrik and Lacy didn't dissapoint one bit. The only bad thing is the horrible hang-over I am experiencing right now, but damn it , it was well worth it.

Yes...I was very impressed with Matt and Benny. Nice set fellas! Sorry i missed Eric and Lacy. Went to Slipp In to get my Old School Hip Hop on, with Phooka and A1. Good Stuff!

I came in after matt and benny's set.. sorry! Lacy and Maetrik were badass though! What was supposed to be a quick stop off for libation and a break from flyering turned into a party till they kicked us out of the bar! Music was intelligent, on point and fresh. Maybe someday I'll get to properly meet this mysterious eric entity.

"Music was intelligent, on point and fresh." That is a given with Eric, he's always been ahead of his time...he's a musical genius(literally)...but will never admit it. As for Lacy, he simply put "is" a part of Dallas....he gives to our community in more ways than just providing us with a locally owned record store...he provides mentoring, nuturing, and care for some of Dallas' most talented DJ's. These two have a lot of pride, they are both very good DJ's, and carry themselves well. They are definitely two to look to, if you are looking for direction. I missed their sets last night, but will definitely make it a point to head out to hear their next show. Talent Talent Talent NO BS NO BS NO BS Last night was great....for those looking for a location to be comfortable on a Thursday night, hear great music, and have a "good time" Crave with dpg is a must to check out... |
