D:fuse Review Here

Its already 7:21PM on SUNDAY and there are still no reviews?

thats cuz the night hasn't ended for some of us but it was aight last night before we headed out to FALLOUT<>> just catching my second wind before HOMEBAR......

Technically... D:Fuse was *tight*. He had a great time performing and it really showed. He was jumping up and down and having a GREAT time. I have seen Eddie Halliwell jump around the same way.

But... the only difference is that Eddie is playing some banging tunes... while... D:Fuse is playing somewhat mellow progressive house.

Not really my cup of tea.

D:Fuse did play one amazing TRANCE track though... it took my breath away.

Otherwise... no other tracks grabbed me. And some of the tracks he played down right bored me.

All the same though, I still had a great time. Danced. Chatted. Danced some more... I was going to dance... NO MATTER WHAT... I did stop dancing when a track bored me though.

After the show we headed to the after party... and I finally got some TRANCE from Jim-bo and Earcandy... THANK YOU! And what a lively crowd there was at the party!

Then... D:Fuse showed up around 5:00 a.m. It was cool as shite... cause he walked in... and hit the decks. Just popped right on and did his stuff.

But, as we had to be at my Dad's by 11:00 a.m.... AND I was sick of progressive house... we headed home.


Overall... good night. We were just happy to be out of the freaking house!

In the future though, I think D:Fuse would be better received at a club that caters to a progrogressive house crowd... such as Seven. As great as he is... the younger crowd that frequents the Lounge... well, they want ENERGY... pumping tunes they can break a sweat to! Yea!

Hee-hee... we should be giving them that on 8-16-03... hee-hee!

well since i love prog hous...i thought it was nice....lot of tunes got me moving well and a few kind of got me....well a lil bored...but yea i think that he would be good for a club like seven...to many lil kids there seem not to like prog as much but they were moving to it....

I would have to say that he is the first big dj i ever seen to have leave his set to go take a piss yea that was funny

but that punk...he told me that he wasnt going to an afterparty....ass jk

In all fairness... the "after-party" was a gals birthday party... and I suspect that he might not have known exactly where he was going...

Most DJ's just do as their host/hostess dictates... maybe someone said after he was done.... "Hey, let's go here"...???

Can't blame the man... but I doubt you did.

na i cant blame him...hell he doesnt know who and the hell i am...but it was just the fact that he was like " no afterparties for me...i have to catch an early flight to LA so i gots to get my sleep"....but i couldnt go to it anyway...but i wasnt really mad...i just know that i caught him ina lie..ya know...I know i am being a bitch...but hes seems to be a damn cool guy tho...he gets a in my book

eh...i didnt care much for D:FUSE set....and the fact it was really really crowded inside...still had a really good nite upstairs on the deck....and fallout was incredible (sp)

I suggested the after-party to him. Dustin (D:Fuse) and I have become friends this past year and he had already heard about the party before him and his crew drove in from Austin, so I figured out directions, found out it was close to my house and showed them the way there. Pretty cool party too.

FTR- there was like 14 after parties going on. the one he went to was pretty much invite only. when somebody comes up and asks, "are you going to the after party." he doesn't know which one you are talking about. same in my case- i got asked to go to a bunch of different ones.

and... btw- LL had a GREAT vibe saturday night and was PACKED.

i had a great time just being out and dancing. it's been too long!

i was at that after party karen!!! i saw trent there but i didn't see you!!! i kept getting lost trying to find the bathroom in that place!!!

anyway i think it's time for me to go back to chill mode for a bit...well..until next weekend that is!!! i haven't partied like that in a while!!!!!!!!!

It was a great vibe at the LL on Sat! The crowd had loads of energy. I agree that D:Fuse was mellow, but he picked it up after a while and started the ass whoopin' . Great night. A little too much alcohol but that's never bad.

I thought D:Fuse's set was nice because he built up to something instead of banging it out from start to finish.

I had a blast. I saw tons of ppl i know and ppl i havn't seen in like in a year. It was great. I went to go see d fuse and it was so packed i couldnt get through so i just stayed upstairs on the roof top talking and dancing and listening to andy and watching his nastyass porn lol. Other than that i had a blast. Good to see all of ya'll.
