i wanna say big ups to dallas, man! just got back from the home bar seeing mj cole-OFFFFFF THEEEEE HOOOOOOOOOK!!!!!! goes to show why hes the best ukg/2step dj in the world!!!! not only big ups to dallas, cuz of that, but dj hype in a couple of weeks? shiiiittttttt!!! metalheadz tour & roy davis jr. in a couple of weeks, the list goes on and on. be proud of this scene and it will flourish!!!! bringing the HEAVYHITTERS of the global electronic scene!!!

MJ cole is not a bad DJ and I think he is by far the best garage producer in the world, but he is certainly not the best Garage DJ in the world. He is talanted musically and it shows in his hundred some odd originals and remixs and deserves respect for that beyond just his dj performance. He even said before the show that he really didn't like to DJ and that he doesn't really mix. Goes to show that how vastly different producing and spinning are. I don't think one is better than the other, because they are to different. It was great talking to him and seeing everyone so excited and getting into the soulful housey side of garage. Big ups to MJ Cole for coming to dallas and for the tracks that makes 2-step/ukg move me so much. Big ups to aurthur for bringing this to us. Respect to tiny for all the positive energy and to the grooveology crew for all the work they have done. I really enjoyed the night, I wish he would have played more new tracks that I had never heard, but it was still good. Also, I wish some people would have moved off the stage and just let Matt do his thing. I don't think the MC should be cut out entirely and I like the MC, but it was at time over powering and taking from the music. I don't mean to seem rude or bitchy. After all I did have a great night, got to chat with the greatest UKG producer ever, and it cost me all of 2 dollars. Certainly can't beat that. Thanks to everyone involved.

I thought that shit last night was off the chain....I had a great time and felt so lucky to finally see MJ Cole and it was FREE!!!!! I thought he mixed great and the MC's were wonderful last night...The vibe was so thick and full of love last night. It was a nice set of soulful tracks and I like how he back oldschool with some of them.
